  6. Wish list for my Kerala while we are in the process of rebuilding our beautiful state 1) We should build an expressway from north to south through the central region without touching any cities or towns, then build feeder routes to all district centers, cities and municipalities. 2) Assign designated residential area in non flood lines. Only in these places residential buildings should be built, these should be created in cities, towns and villages, so that government needs to create basic amenities like water supply, schools, sewage lines, roads, parks, playgrounds and medical centers only in these areas which will benefit both the government and people. 3) Panchayaths and local administration should be prevented from building shopping complexes and such buildings apart from community centers, parking facilities etc. 4) Major Government schools should have additional 50 acres of land (25 acres for school playground which could be used by public during non school time and other 25 acres for public playground and park. 5) Create small reservoirs in every district in flood pron areas and divert water to these lakes. This should provide enough and more water during summer time for agriculture and domestic water supply 6) Enable agriculture university to produce parts and equipment for farming and setup shops under government in every district agricultural center to make these equipment, parts, machinery and tools to farmers (if require collaborate with Holland and Israel for for these things). 7) Make cities more bigger and livable by building more parks, recreation centers, better schools so that people can migrate more from villages to cities, so that government can concentrate their effort in providing roads, and other basic amenities more to lesser areas. 8) Give government aid (salary to teachers) to private schools for whoever agreeing to provide 50 acre land for public and school students recreational activities. Allow Standard syllabus schools, CBSE, and international schools into this scheme. 9) Provide agricultural markets in towns and cities with storage facility for product to farmers (not for other merchants), this way agriculture can be made more attractive economic activity. Invite private parties also to provide this facilities with easier licensing and loans. 10) Provide technical help and advices to private companies to produce agricultural machines, parts and equipment so that innovation in this field will not be limited to agricultural university. 11) Provide agricultural produce transportation facilities which could be rented or purchased across the state. Allow farmers to sell their produce anywhere they like (let us not cripple our farmers). 12) Develop our engineering and medical colleges to international level by giving them more land for expansion, research, experimentation and overall development activities. Allow them to get funds from companies for research and let them collaborate with private and public companies. 13) Implement a statewide medical system and integrate all medical colleges hospitals and government hospitals to share data, doctors, expertise etc. 14) Build a metro/hyperloop train system from north to south of Kerala over the expressway and connect it to all main district centers. 15) Allow only people who are residing in Kerala for 10 or 20 years to buy agricultural land. 16) Ban concrete building in hill stations (it is an eye sore). 17) Provide high-tech wood treatment plant across the state to promote usage of wood in building construction (tree is the only thing we can regrow, everything else one destroyed cannot be grown). 18) Give the technical and financial assistance to private participants to build wood treatment facilities across the state. To do all these things we should allow the government to stop all other minor schemes, we have to sacrifice for sometime and we should also participate in these effort just like the way we did during this natural calamity.
