This documentary moved my soul and heart.. Salute to a dedicated journalist (Amitabh), Anila ji and adopted parents of monica and Ema Dwivedi for their kindness to raise their children

This reminds me of my mother. She still have farm in the mountain, raise goats and chickens. She is 74 years old and can walk faster than my 36 years old European husband. π€£π€£ my mother has more household chores than my nephews and nieces at home but she has more energies than them. Nature is medicine. I also grew up planting corn and rice and climbing fruit tress. Even I live in Europe I my heart belongs to the mountains and in the future I would love to go back home and have my own organic farm.

Heat 100% alleviates my chronic pain. Much less pain in hot weather, every autumn, pain flares up bad. Also, when the weather shifts quickly (from either hot to cold or cold to hot) I get sick. I really don't think these "studies" apply to everyone here. I live in Canada-very extreme weather fluctuations-sometimes 38c in summer, and -40c in winter. We had a day recently that dropped 20c in 24 hours. That is not healthy for anyone.

Interesting! Thank you for this documentary! I just had this topic with my neighbor in northern Germany. I come from a subtropical country, where itβs most time of the year sunny and warm. At the beginning when I moved to Germany I had really headaches and depression and feeling trapped inside something grey.
85
Thank you for posting this documentary on YT so everyone can see it!

I listened to the whole thing and by the time the Eagle was coming into land, my heart was in my mouth. Just an incredible achievement.

The visuals in these and other similar episodes recently are so good... Clean, engaging, informative... Lovely

@18:34 The father of 24 year old girl Mounika is addressing her as "Mounika garu" and her name under photo reads the same. This is a respectful way of addressing someone in Telugu language. It breaks my heart to see a father with such a deep reverence for her daughter and her personality had to go through this tough time of losing only child. May a ray of light bring strength to family in some form.

I cook from scratch because it was how I was brought up, and because I have the time to. I use an app to check the contents of any supermarket pre-packed food I want to find out more about; I scanned a brand-named Macaroni Cheese out of curiosity and was a bit shocked to find it had 64 ingredients. Unbelievable. Great video as always from BBC World Service.
77
It was Nabil passing oranges out that broke me down.
77
Thank you for your work. I hope the British justice system will learn from their German collogues how to combat these syndicates.
