I went to school with this guy. He was older than me, but his younger brother was in my year. It wasnt private school, it was public school! You have to have wealth to attend. Let me tell you, he was very good looking, and there were a lot of films that were shot on the school grounds. It was 500 acres, landscaped gardens maintained by the national trust with something like 30 buidings on the grounds that served no teaching purpose. 500 students, directors would come and look for extras quite often. It was no surprise when he got picked as an extra, but he was by no means a popular guy. None of the girls were interested. He wasnt awkward, just didnt have much charisma, not many friends. Its nice to see him in a job like this, where your aura and how engaging you are is so important.

Kris, all I can say is that you’re the goat man. I’m 24, turning 25 in October and you have me so damn hyped about optimizing the male advantage.
What I love about you is that you make it more than okay to want all of the good aspects of male life and you inspire/motivate us to achieve the things that come from the good side of male life.
It’s funny, you always bring up looking like a David Gandy type of man, having a nice 10 with you, having luxurious, well fitted/tailored clothes and suits, driving a nice sports car, with so much money in the bank that you can do whatever the hell you want. That’s the exact type of shit I’ve been striving for in my life and you’re the only other person of great influence that talks about wanting the same things. It’s cool to have that relatability.
Keep killing it man. Also, I think you brought this up before, but how can we invest in the streaming platform? I would love to put my money behind a male life style driven streaming platform and knowing that it’s YOU behind the scenes building it, I would be more than comfortable to invest in that.

0:50 It’s not that he’s more dominant than Ragnar, it’s that he’s yet to be completely beaten down by life as Ragnar had in the clip you chose. Ragnar prime was on another level, and you are correct that he sounds and acts like him, that was intentional. Bjorn’s actor, Alexander, spent a lot of time with Travis Fimmel (Ragnar), learning how to move and talk like him so that it would be more believable he is his son, since we see Bjorn really idolizing his father as a teenager. More than likely, all the things about body language you mention, were passed down from Fimmel, and you can see the transition when you go back to S02 where he’s about 17.
You should probably watch the whole show, it’s full of these types of characters with potential for analysis. Would be interesting to see what you think about his progression from when he was a boy, because he was way more timid early on.

Hello man, nice video, as usual, I want to thank you for all the videos, helped me a bunch, I'm 17 and in the last half a year dropped 20kg and started working on myself, I found your videos very helpful, I was a good looking child but gained some weight in middle school so I didn't know how good looking I am, now I'm sitting at about 15-17% bf at 96kg at six-foot-six, I'm on my way to 10% bf, also I been doing orthotropics for the last 2 years, I had bad jaw and underbite but I now have legit one of the best jaws in my school, gonna start doing facial exercises too, thanks for all and keep going.

Felt identified. Imma tell you my story. It was just maybe 2 weeks since i begun Uni at 2015. Used to train volleyball 3 hours 5 days every week and give my saturdays to have my matches and suddently i had no time for me, 8 weeky quizes, lots of stress, my ex gf left me for another asshole, developed acne, almost lost some signatures. One year later i decided to hit the Uni mens volleyball team (2016). I made the stupid mistake of returning with my ex and she ended up leaving me again. 2017, extremely low weight, depression, no friends, feeling lonely and stress just keep increasing but i keept playing, studying and being me (or at least trying to). That year i had only one not serious relationship wich kinda proved me that i didn't actually needed a woman to feel happy. That same year I won the ADUSAL tournament with my team, got my white hospital coat and kinda felt frustrted but excited about life. 2018 my depression returned massive stronger than before but i didn't tell anyone, meet a new girl and easily feel in love with her, that year i won the second place on the ADUSAL tournament. June 2019 during a match i injured myself so i had to stop pleaying for almost 9 months wich basically killed me. June 2019 started taking Sertraline (ISRS antidepressive medication) by medical order, wich made me gain lots of fat, another sad side effect is a sort of erectile dysfunction wich I managed to overcome. My ex gf a that time didn't actually care of my depression so she didn't asked a single time if my medication was actually working. I made her my gf at the end of 2018. started 2019 motivated, ended my medication by i believe november 2019 so i was ready to hit this new year. New year, new girlfriend, new subjects on the uni and i kinda managed that year very good, I decided that i had reached a good confidence level so by the end of 2018 i managed to get into a second volleyball club wich allowed me to meet lots of great people. 2019 was so fast, i approved every signature, managed to keep my relationship and increasing my grades as i was playing in 2 different teams at the time and also studying medicine. All at the time, on november I decided that i wanted to do more after losing the finals of the ADUSAL tournament so i went to Italian classes wich i'm still recieving every day. In 2020 evetything changed, mi ex left me by december 30 2019 on the exact celebration of our first yar as a formal couple, started drinking like if it was no rest day, gained 40 pounds of pure fat, my depression strikes again, feeling lonely but currently doing all at the time, i think it was by march of this year when the lockdown began in my country, depressed, lonely, having so much troubles in my family and with my partners at the uni, went back with my ex gf, she lefts me again cheting on me, again depressed, lonely and now locked in my house. Lots of months passed by and i just keep doing the shame shitty drinking ritual. October, depressed, 45 pounds +, feeling congested, unhealthy and like a piece of shit on the floor. Decided it was enouth, payed a nutricionist, started lifting, cardio, still learning Italian, finsched my sixth year of Uni, just began my 7th but now at the hospital, feeling lonely sometimes but isolating myself during this times helps a lot. Been struggling this last weeks and i almost skipped the GYM ith is in my own house for like a week, depression came back, started drinking again and fighting with my family. Decided its best to isolate myself again, keep drinking lots of water, hit the gym, currently reading 2 new books, still on th Italian classes and my ex gf who blocked me from everything just appeard yestarday trying to conversate with me and kinda feel like everything is coming back at me, depression and lonelyness. But as i told you in a coment a few days ago... ain't that the mans path? To fall deep into ourselves and then become etraordinary again? or even better!
Hope this testament doesn't bother you, Kinda wanted to express myself.
Greetings from El Salvador and good luck with your supplements!
Jorge.

I never actually heard of the term progression bias, very interesting. My motto has always been "only forward." What that means is that I need to always be doing something productive, anything, mistakes will be made but move past that. Some guys they just come home from work drink all night, then do it again. Lot of "homeless" just sit outside drink, complain, smoke, complain, literally all day. But my day is like wake up, go to the gym, listen to audiobooks for knowledge on the way to work, work, come home research on what else I can do, then there's like an hour period of free time for me to just relax, like watching tv shows or playing video games. But i'm always thinking, Other people just like to sit in their misery day after day, complain complain complain. edit: just realized you said think forward at the end of this video lol. awesome. that's always been my mindset.

I really needed this mate. I went through some hurtful sort of experience with a girl recently. The truth is that I immediately thought and accepted the fact that I was not where I liked myself to be physically, and that has been my motive that is dragging me to go to the gym, even when i don’t feel like to ... i quit smoking and drinking ..... and I have even started reading and filling my time with lots of hobbies. The fact I got rejected still hurts, and has not faded completely, but I really believed I needed improvement, and hearing this from you as well, makes me feel more that I am in the right road, eve tho the results will need some time to show. Keep your head up fellas! In order to be strong, you have to hold yourself accountable for every weak thing you do, and be honest with yourself that you need improvement. And if example-wise a girl who is a 7/10 or 8/10 rejects you, do not go for one 6/10 .... aim for the 9/10 and above .... and you will at first get yourself on that level, and the 9/10 girl will then follow . I truly believe that!!
This is good content lad! Respect!

First, I love your videos! I also would like some advice on female body language but you already answered that one in an earlier comment. I have to say though I don't always agree with you in this one. From the age of 5, I knew I wanted to be an historian, no finance from home, so I started working after school to fund my studies at the age of 14. Here in Belgium we had (late 90's) courses of 10 hours every day and 5 hours on Saturday at uni. I admit that I travelled afterwards, but after my travels I worked and still do 14 to 16 hours a day, I bought my own humble house before I was 28. I think it's how you're wired, I'm a perfectionist, so I'm always striving. It would be nice to know your perspective how men handle this type of women. In my many relationships, men tend to look up at me and they take on a submissive attitude so I'm easily bored, sorry but that's just me. I also prefer men as friends because they speak frankly and in a way I understand. I'm the only female in my large poker group :) Keep up the work and I hope you find the woman to carry the body language message out ;-) it would be really helpful! Greetings from Brussels. Bonne nuit! Goedenacht! Just one more thing, maybe it's our flemish culture but over here you don't get accolades for uni or great achievements, just be humble and act accordingly is the motto.

I feel like it's more mentally adults are childish meaning like, insecure and they're still acting like delinquents 20+ and doing delinquent things at 20+. There's no, gentleman-like behavior, like holding the door open for elderly. I take public transit and literally no one will give up their seat for elderly. I still wear hoodies at 27 lol. I'm not sure what to wear because I live in Vancouver, Canada and nobody wears anything fancy. Nice clothes doesn't fit the atmosphere, cause this city is so trashy rampant with homeless and junkies. UK and Europe in general looks so much more fashionable for sure. Can relate with the mortality thing in your conclusion, I lost my mom to cancer when I was 9-10, definitely aged/matured like 30 years after that lol.
Back in my physical job hustling days, early-mid twenties used to wake up at 4am, hit the gym at 5am, go to work at 6am, 12hr shift 4 hours voluntary overtime, 6 days a week, was a lead hand at a warehouse during those days on my feet hustling all day. so in total that's about 14 hours at least a day being physically active on my feet. Never complained, always did my best, I loved it, it feels good to have good work ethic.

I have my future planned out now thanks to 1stman, I'm so happy because all of my life I haven't been focused on the compound effect and instead just messed around etc.. Kriss has really given me a kick in the teeth to get things sorted now whilst I have the chance, If I never came across this channel I would probably be that 45-55 yr old miserable man, stuck in a factory and spending years on dating apps eating a tub of pringles for my lunch break. I'm 28 now and I'm gonna bulk and cut to get my dream physique age 31-33, whilst living completely rent free and just saving saving and more savings, whilst learning other things reading books etc.. Gonna buy a house upfront age 38 so I'm not burdened with mortgage later in life and so I can ease a little bit on working to have free time since the house will be payed for (I have some savings already, and gonna be left a little bit inheritence luckily). Perfect scenario in my eyes, I'll be in top shape, house to bring a few females back and live the rest of my life with ease, my prime years will be 38-50 and I'm waking up everyday excited!, I know my future self will thank me.

Great sinking my teeth into this video, and really good breakdowns. The "why do people live like this, it's insane" POV resonates with me very strongly.
I just want to get my online business to a point where I have a regular 30-60 clients, paying 100GBP per month, then live in a flat in Colombia/ Rio/ Buenos Aires and then come and rent an Airbnb in London/ Berlin/ Belgrade/ Lisbon/ Barcelona during the European summer.
I think this can be done and I think I can do it, but starting seems really overwhelming to me at the moment. I used to run a business like this one in person before lockdown (personal training with 10 or so clients) but I'm just a bit overwhelmed by how to deliver it to people online with minimal time commitment and maximal service delivery, how to find clients, how to niche and how to put myself across
Whilst I'm in good shape, I still feel I need to lose about 10kg to get back to where I was pre lockdown. Giving myself this goal over the next few months.
I'm 26 now, I want to pull this off over the next two years whilst also finishing my degree. I think it can be done, but the unknown is what I'm scared of.
How do you deal with fear of the unknown/ imposter syndrome in your own journey, Kris?
Anyway thanks again, will 100% be referring back to this goldmine of a video. You have an open invite to my future coffee balcony apartment 😎

Wow man, what a video. You're opening my eyes and making me realize how much your life can change if u put the effort. Been grinding since 17 with gym stuff, learning stocks/crypto stuff, mewing/submental exercises (the latter because of you), body language and now that I turned 18 a month ago I can say that I'm miles ahead from the 17yo me. Mind-blowing tbh. The compound effect doing its thing. Then I found your channel in February of this year, where I learned a lot about masculinity, body language, success chasing, motivation and ambition, where I got a sense of what to expect in this grinding years I will go through. All I have to say is thank you Kris. Every man that finds this channel and decides to take action, will get his life changed. Keep killing it, man.

Look at all the action starts throughout the decades. They're ALWAYS in their 30s, 40s, and 50s. Men age differently if you're not a slob, and if you are fix that. Men should absolutely look better in their 30s and 40s. More muscle, more put together, better personality, own place, own vehicle, more status at work, ect. Personally I'm more jacked and strong at 36 then I've ever been, and yes the attention from younger women is light years ahead if what it was at 25. Stay in the gym guys, seriously it matters. 35 and up is where it's at for a man.

Great analysis! I really enjoy your male advantage perspective. I agree with it, and I've started to be acutely aware of dangers around the age of 27..I believe we, men, go through somewhat of a graduation phase between late 20's and early 30's in this time and age. I think in our grandparents age, and in some places, in our parents age, it happened earlier because of military service at the early 20's...but anyway I think this phase can be extremely tumultuous and you're providing a great service in offering this perspective on male timeline. I would add just 2 things (and maybe you can do some videos going on more detail about them):
1- I think it's also highly beneficial for men under 27 to have experiences (mostly contained to brief affairs) with older women in their 40's. I personally loved older women back then, but started to shift as I entered my 30's. I believe it's another win/win, women don't want nothing serious in these ages (some divorced, some cheating hubby), we neither. They bring charm, manners and sophistication, we bring raw sexual energy.
2 - The alcohol (and of course other substances) is major in this period. I think it's danger number one. Ewan Mcgregor, Gerard Butler, Tom Hardy, Colin Farrell, Bradley Cooper...what do they all have in common? Got sober during exactly these ages between 27 and early 30's. No sooner, no later. That's why they were major in their 40's and no one knew them at 20. They passed the graduation. They got off the addictions...they endured going against society telling them to be small...they endured alone time, single time. Most men don't

It would be great to have Leonardo Di Caprio's body language analyzed.
I'm enjoying this content so much, and given the videos on Ragnar and Bjorn, plus this one, it came to my mind how most of the gestures you're highlighting really make for a rule of thumb when it comes to show confidence and relaxed openness.
Still, I feel like Leonardo Di Caprio shifts the frame a bit: he's not always relaxed, he's really open to emotions and often expresses his rage, his gestures aren't on the truthplane, they reach up to eye level (think of the Wolf of Wall Strett, or The Great Gatsby), he genuinely smiles and his tone of voice is calm, but way softer.
It would be great to see how he still manages to show as a person that charismatic.
Cheers man, thanks for sharing such dope videos and thoughts.

researchers consistently fail to address the magnitude of this issue.
People ultimately need love and validation. When a man doesn't matter to a woman, when she doesn't gaze at him with a loving smile, tell him she wants him/needs him, that he matters to her.
A lot of guys have never had that.
This will cause disillusionment/isolation/soul sadness and mental health issues in men. No amount of material things, por* will be able to replace that.
The problem in the west is 2 fold. Incels can't get a woman and the ones that do get one, end up in divorce/breaking up or being cheated on and losing more than the lady. So they swear off relationships and end up lonely all the same. (Mgtow)
Both have the effect of creating lonely, angry, atomised ppl and broken society with plummeting birth rates. And can spell the end of that society.
What are we seeing in the west now?
Falling sperm counts, falling testosterone levels, births, marriage, and a rapidly ageing society, with catastrophic debt levels.
White ppl used to have close family bonds but now they no longer keep ties with family and send old ppl to homes.
Jobs for life are a thing of the past, from where they used to form friends.
White ppl lost their matchmaking culture and used to marry form within their own tried and tested social circle.
With all that now gone, internet dating and cold approaching/PUA random women that u know nothing about is the way. Which can be toxic.

I agree with your point but I would just emphasize one thing. It should stop at sleeping with them. If you got out of a relationship that was long and that failed for reasons that need to be processed, be careful to let it go no further than sex and not to fall back into another relationship with a new woman.
This can be easy to do. You just got your heart broken, but then you meet someone attractive, you have great sex, they are interesting, supportive, etc. This leads to you jumping into a new relationship without giving yourself time to process why the other one failed and learn from it. You can't properly process this information when you already started dating someone else, and if you don't process this, you will make the same mistakes you made with your last girlfriend.
Now if it was a short term relationship where there isn't much to process, or if it ended for obvious reasons (IE: geography, infidelity, etc), this will not take long to wrap your head around. However, if, as in my latest case, you got out of a multi-year relationship that failed for a number of reasons on the part of both of us, then you must make sure that you don't cave to the desire to turn a FWB or booty call into a girlfriend just so you have someone warm to wake up to in the morning. Sleep around, but take to the time to be single so you can fully understand what happened and grow from it.

Unfortunetly most pro-sports whether in America or in Europe or possibly elsewhere in the world have become too over commericalized. Im not saying every sport but most of them that you would consider mainstream. I'm not sure how I should word the following, but fans are the ones that are suffering the most when it comes to this over commericalizion they are sold that the sport they follow is the most important thing in the world, even more important than some actual news events. Some online media outlets just keep sporting "news" and scores on the main fornt page insteed of keeping it all in sporting subtab you would have to open if you want find out the scores. Same with print media who often put result on the main front page or back page insteed ot easily skipable centerfold in the middle. As for Radio and TV it should be questioned which isnot nearly enough why in the hell, are we having something thats called sports news, where they annonce the higlights and scores as its some news worthy event and it usually follows all the other news of the day. And sometimes national team games and results can actually spil over into the main news, which are supposed to report on actual news not outcomes of sporting contests. This all happens before we have even disussed adverts where and when matches are being staged and on which channel they are on. Once fans (and new comers) know where the games are stadiums or TV they will obviously have to sell out the cash buy the TV subscription and or the tickets to attend in the stadium. Now lets do full season, now when its over then not what? get season ticket, instead of invidual games ticket and/or retain your TV subscription. Then fans are also sold the idea that the only way for them to show how much they love the club they support they must buy all this usless memorablia that are sold in megastore at the stadiums or in licenced megastores and online shops. So many end up with various useless junk the they wouldn't have other wise bought. Ranging from glasses, bedsheet, mugs, clothes, etc. Usually with club log or player or something inbetween plastered all over those items. Which makes these items actually look kinda silly. I want mention scarfs and player jerseys since they are what we see most frequently at the stadiums many adult (and some times kids) look silly in them as they obviously don't fit them or doint suit them or the dress sense in normal circumstances would never were these outfits. and the scarfs are most often just waved or lifted up as look at me see how great fan i'm. Now sum this altogether season tickets and TV subscriptions fans pour/piss away afwul lot of money to just follow their team when all that money might have been better spent on something else. Thats both on season average and over the years. Speaking of which since you mention that the League tables (lets not forget the cups/playoffs) reset once season concludes and start over thats for one simple reason sports are unscripted entertainment, so it doesn't mean anything in grand shame of things despite the media and many fans unhealthy obsession with them. Anyone who looks close enough can see that pervious season has no bearing other than clubs/teams try to improve their changes for next season, which results in changes in player personal and managers/coches. DO this enough times give or take few years, and all of teams will have completely diffrent set of players and managers/coaches. So at somepoint the player(s) and or manager/coach you idolized as kid when you first discovered this or that sport are all gone so you are left longing for those times. Doesn´t actually matter whether your team/club wins or lose. Although I think if you grew up supporting a succesful team and they becomes bit of losers once you are adult you will obviously be unable to stand that. and strange as it sound if you grew up supporting team that couldn't win anything when you grew up you might actually not enjoy it when your team/Club finally win something depending on the situation if the team/club team ends championship drougt and nothing more then that might be enjoyed by fans of club/team that are not used to winning but if they become serial winners they might not enjoy it as thats not their Ideal version of the club/team they supported. Lets take Chicago Cubs in MLB for example who snapped 107 years drought and won world series few years ago, I think most of their fans enjoyed that but I don't think they would have enjoyed as much if Cubs had turned into New York Yankees and started ranking up championships every year since. Thats why they invented sport statstic to keep you intrested in the past as in the present and future of the sport. at end of this all sports watching are nothing but lies, damed lies and statistics.

Spot on Mate!!...Lol. One of the reasons why I subscribe to channel despite, the fact that your audience isn't necessarily larger, is because of the level of realness you dish out unlike the load of bullshit that's out there ( Common sense isn't common after all). I look around, and it irritates me that So few men are hardly genuinely improving themselves; To the extent that most men think to get all the women all it takes is a fitness regimen and A few pickup lines. I mean you'll have that mentality until you realize that less fit but more successful men are getting the classy, intelligent women that they are dreaming of, which causes a lot of resentment. I mean, it's An ideological fallacy to believe that Wealth and success isn't more rarer and more valuable to females in this status and materialistic world we are living in. Its also A fallacy to think that all it takes to get these women is money or a few pickup lines, because women are also human beings and would appreciate relating with someone who is intelligent, Ambitious, interesting and a good conversationalist. I mean it's more important to not be boring and common than to be the best pickup artist in the world. Lastly, life comes down to prioritizing And being happy, to me it's more important to be wealthy and successful because I want to!!, Than to just impress women. That's the end of my lecture Boys.

Look man, I choose not to go to uni, and to go other way, working, trying to build things, had a gf and got married about 2 years ago, and I'm just 21 soon, in March. I worked hard, learning things about finance, and now I break up, I have no ideea how, but I think the law of attraction bring this channel to me. In the last mounths I started investing, after learning, now I have money to invest, and in just 3 mounths I just 12x my money and I look to go far. I stopped doing gym, but now, lucky with you, I know that was a mistake, and I wanna thank you for opening my eyes. All you say is pretty true and I think a lot of men that are here, pretty much of them chose that path in life, and we are very few. So guys, I am proud for the mistakes that I've been made so early in my life, cuz I see all these guys over 35 that do nothing and they married now, and get worst and worst. This is not making me showing off, but I'm actually proud of this, and I see how things got better and better after breaking up and use all my focus to very few plans. I love this channel and hopefully all guys who watch these episodes will start doing better NOW. Stop being pimps guys, go up for your dreams.

Man, I’ll turn 27 in two months and spent my whole 20‘s in developing some skills and knowledge i was too dumb to realize in my late teens/early 20‘s. I was bad in school and barely finished it. When i started working i quickly realized that what i have and know will get me nowhere in long term perspective. So i decided to go back to university and get a masters degree while having a 40hrs job. Was too dumb to listen to others or my parents when they told when i just finished school. Thought it was better to move out fast, earn good money and be independent. Took me some time to catch up on everything and started a new job with the knowledge i gained. Thinking i know everything, now better than everyone else. But only in theory. Quit the job after lil over one year. Here i am, in my late 20‘s now with a new job, got married last year and my wife is pregnant (8th week), good salary, house. I got lucky with my boss who is 35 and seems like he sees something in me, helping me to develop as a person. I almost feel like i f-ed up, fast forwarded to the point where i am now, with everything i need to succeed but don’t exactly know how.

In my opinion the word "beautiful" is the most useless thing you can say to describe or compliment a woman. It is so overused that it has literally lost it's value, meaning and purpose. People use it to describe anything "Look at that car, it's beautiful", "Your profile picture is so beautiful", "Your hair, eyes, nose, teeth are so beautiful", "Omg look at this door handle, it's so beautiful" 🤮🤮. I'm interested on what you have to say about this Kris, but for me, if a woman hears you say that word, she will most likely think that you're an another basic chump who has nothing more original or interesting to say.

Great post. I have been following since msicollege, your content literally exposed and changed my mindset. Also, still have your video on social value?. Yet, there's a question that bugs me; You stated that young men, should focus on building stability and success, before focusing on romance, yet that's not what I've observed. I've met high quality and attractive women who were interested just because I was ambitious, good looking, strong and brilliant, (since most guys my age, haven't developed a matured mindset). But... Since, I haven't achieved much success, I superficially felt that I didn't qualify to date them, and therefore have since lost them to much less inspiring and good looking men. So...whats your take? Is it reasonable to ignore women who are clearly drawn to your ambition, intelligence and charismatic personality?, or is this a distraction that would lead to time wastage?.

Hello mate
I’m 18 , 5’10.5 may grow to 5’11 or 6 (my father grew an inch in his 19 / 20 years of age )
I have a good frame ( am a mesomorph ) can see my ab insertions when I flex at 22% bf
I have an above average dento-facial structure and am trying to maximise it by mewing and also trying to correct asymmetries
I love martial arts . Will get started with Muay Thai as the pandemic ends , I’ve naturally been strong with an ape index of + 2.5
I have always been intelligent ( both books and street ) and clever for as long as I can remember , but due to quarantine , I hit a wall of stagnation .
Now I feel I’m not knowledgable . I value knowledge and intelligence , but one without the other is useless .
I have recently started to workout and am seeing gains .
I wish to have expertise on multiple grounds , computers , electronics , engineering , economics and arts . And I’ve started my journey in achieving those .
I also know that 35 isn’t as “old” as I used to think .
What else would u like me to invest in ? And any other advice ?
You’re filling in the gap my father left in my upbringing,
Thanks 🙏
Edit : also psychology and philosophy ( am an Hindu so I’ve an amazing array of ancient knowledge at my disposal at home ) 😎
And realistically how much can one gain (on all fronts) in 17 years ? 🧐

Really Interesting Topic. I want to share my own expereiences regarding this whole topic.
Im 5ft8 and have a weight of around 170 pounds (Here in germany thast is 172cm and 75kg). By measurements (Neck, Waist etc.) my Bodyfat should be around 19%. Im not on a Diet or go to the Gym. But what helped me to get fit was the Job im doing at the moment next to my Studies. Im working for UPS where i stock up the Delivery Trucks with the Packages, that are being delivered that day. I wake up at 3am and work until 8am. In that Time i carry a total of around 5tons a day. Here in Germany, UPS is delivering a lot for Companies so we get Industrial Parts, Huge Boxes of Clothes etc and many Packages weigh around 20-30kg. I work there now since 6 months and i really feel that i became way stronger since then. The heaviest Package ive ever had was like 75kg (a hydraulic part for a tractor) and i was able to carry that around. really surprised me. I think, with constant exercise in the Gym i can definitely top that but personally i dont see a huge reason to do that at the moment.
But i really noticed that just this job made me a lot stronger.
I remember, the Girl im Dating at the moment is 2 Inches taller than me and when we met each other she noticed that a bit. (Interesting thing is, that she said by herself that this thought is shallow and she feels bad about it for even thinking about that). I told her that it is natural for women and that she doesnt need to be ashamed off that. My Hands are a lot bigger than hers, i can lift her around no problem and my feet are taller than hers. She noticed that and stopped mentioning that height thing, because it didnt seem to bother here anymore. Now we are doing relationship things (while not officially declaring being a couple but she already told all her friends and her family about me) and we also have our "fun" every time we see each other so it is not really a realtionship where i have to make everything for her. She probably invests more than me into that relationship.
And that leads me back to the point of the Video. If i would be 10kg lighter it would be a bit different with my height and women. Thats why it is important to be fit, especially when you are not 6 ft tall.

At first I really don't like your intro. Quite annoying for me. But now it kinda grows on me. Haha
I'm asian, so I'm not really good at English. Hope you guys understand what I wrote and sorry in advance for any grammatical mistake that I'm about to make.
About the topic, you guys should really listen to Tony Montana from "Scarface" : "First you get the money, then you get the power, then you get the woman". There is no truer words.
And I think it's the same everywhere, western or asian, women follow the money and kneel before those who wield the power.
To all young guys out there, don't ever focus on the girls. Focus on yourself.
At one point of your life, you will find out that most girls are the same. Your dream girl that you're going to marry (If you choose to marry) is just a girl that has some balance between hotness and craziness. Nothing more nothing less, she's not your soul mate, she's not the one that will complete you. You can understand her but you cannot connect to her deeply. Not like you think you would.
And sex is nothing special to hold up for someone significant. If you want to have sex that desprately, just get a bunch of condoms and a hooker. Learn about sex like you learn a subject, use it like a skill.
Ultimately, stop believing in the fairy tales that the media told you. There's no magic pill, no overnight success, no great evil force, no destiny. You have to create your destiny yourself. If you want something, you have to work hard and work smart. As John Boyd has said "Life is about survival, conflict and conquest". I live in that order. Get physical strength and resources to survive on your own. Then you use what you're good at, what resources you have, to make connections, and use these connections to be leverages to win small conflicts. A lot of small conflict turn into a conquest and so on.
Power and money are the utmost important parts of a man in order to maintain a life of dignity and respect. Embodied those truth - kill the boy and let the man be born.

18:40 lol Should move to Afghanistan jk. I had a couple afghan refugees in my team in warehousing before, the most humble, respectful, and hardworking, and funniest people i've ever worked with and i've worked with thousands. I was just lightly joking around, I like to lift people's moods, everyone knows that i'm not someone who would make fun of people, and asked how many wives they want while being considerate of our differences, they just straight up go "7" "5" "3" lol. The "normal" afghan people are such nice people, not a fan of the negativity about afghan/kurdish culture, every ethnicity has good and bad people.

Once I was assault by a man with a gun: He pointed the gun to my chest. I remember I don't looked the gun (on my work teaches us don't look guns because you miss important details--- I worked in a hotel, by the way). I just look the guy to his eyes directly. He don't said any, just move his hand. So, I said: Ok, you want the money not my personal papers. I put my hand on my purse and took the money from my wallet and gave to him. He pointed me trough a window in the taxicab I was. He get inside the half body just to rush take the money. He still carry the gun, but I just continued watching his eyes. He was on a motorcycle and he and his partner left. The taxi driver told me: You never loss your control, you are so cold!!! And I said to him: well, I could kill him with the gun on my purse, but I really I will don't do that for $40 I just can kill to defend my life (obviously I didn't carry any gun, I told that because the taxi driver wasn't assault (he must to carry more money than me) and he stop the car early on traffic light when he saw them. Could be all them partners. So, I can really need feels me "safe" even with him. Of course when I said that, I saw him directly to his eyes too. By the way, I am a women 5´3" feet's.

Just found out your channel. Men, i was in a almost 6y relationship and got dumped in december 2020. At the time i didnt realized how much i stop taking care of my self, my dreams and just was letting myself go... And ofc, i became a little cry baby, that couldn't make decisions and completly lost my frame. I just understood that 3 months after i got dumped. I never chased of begged, i reached like 3 time, ofc i wanted to understand the WHY, and kind of "fight" for the relation, but i never begged or dind't accepted her decision. In March , the last time we really spooked i said that i would never agree to be friends , that we should not follow each other in social media, and that if in the future she wanted to talk and see how i was the door would be open until i was single of course.
Since then i gain started hitting the gym 4x a week and gain a lot of muscle, started reading self developing books ( i never was a reader ), got a better job, and my life is better and better. I never tought that i needed to get dumped lol , now i see that all that happened was a wake up call, and i know that she will regret it. The questio isn't if she will regret it, it's just if i will want her again, because i'am such in a high level right now lol .
Of course i already meet other women, and hot ones, but i just wont settle for less that i know i can get :)

i'm 167cm tall and 18 years old, and height does matter until you prove them wrong. i have been chatting with girls friend circle for a month now and have been invited to several parties with those girls. in norway, 167cm is very short and i'm always the shortest guy in the room. but anyways, usually at parties, 50% of the girls is just as tall and the rest are taller than me.
at those parties i'm invited to i'm always the "alpha male" (i hate to use the therm but it's the truth). other guys who are 180cm++usually just stand in the back, and the girls circle around me. i hooked up with several of them (actually the most beautiful, and she was a little bit taller than me)
what's the lesson guys? i would say social skills 80%, and your testosterone/physique 20%. (this is just a party, dating is a little bit different). if you want girls, and attract not only beautiful but someone with a little bit personality, you should talk to a lot of women and have a guys friend circle to improve your social skills. and also of course get big and strong as chris says.
the last thing is money and power. for me, this doesn't matter too much yet, but i'm 100% sure when i get older, money and the power money gives, will definitley be a big attractive trait. i will atleast work hard in my twenties not only for girls, but to be set for having enough passive income at 35, so i can retire, have some fun, and then have kids.

funny, as a wife I make 3x more than my husband, I bought his harley davidson, his brand new truck, the boat, the properties with passive income for us to travel the world, I'm the one who live frugally kept us debt free, I hope he enjoys it bc if he's not, hey...I love him but he's free to leave anytime, I will not fringed any man's free will. As an independent woman, I honestly dont need men at all, I don't mind staying alone, my happiness is complete without a man. I agree marriage is not the best system in the world, but to be very honest...what is the best replacement? we haven't found one yet that is working for our society. You know single motherhood is BAD for society, kids grew up fatherless will likely to get into crimes...

Amazing video, i luv how u made the point of its true for 90% women she will get to her peak by just being alive lol, while for men we have to get it, i believe that men are not aware of this and they are denial, even get offended or stop listening to you when u try to convince them about it and compare their timelines to women im sure its becuz of women who pressure sons, or sisters complaining to brothers, uncles ...etc that women made men belive about the timelime, before following u i wasnt aware that 30s ure still young as a man. And i was believing if by 30 u should already have kids, and billion dollar company otherwise its too late. After it i had discussion with 2 of my friend of 26 years and they were only saying like we re old now, like we shouldve kids now!
And im so grateful for what you say, it changed my life

Amazing video, the last days, I thought exactly about this topic
Knowledge is good, but if you don't apply it you are like the person that doesn't has the knowledge (Knowledge is just powerful, when you apply it in the real world)
To the fitness part and general in life: You can do something, like going to the gym and hustle, but what's more important is to always be most effective as possible, effectivness is key (Make more progress faster and with less time)
-> So track your macros, your calories and your progress, that's effective, just going to the gym is not
-> Be targeted, get knowledge that will help you to reach your goals
LOA can be helpful, but one aspect of LOA is often forgotten and probably the most important: Action, no action means no progress, action is key, if you wanna move forward, action
-> If you do a specific action, it's LOA anyway, the action will support your beliefs, thoughts and feelings
Fluff won't bring you forward, but we all need breaks, just don't get addicted, don't get distracted by pleasure

Vincents a cool dude, great actor aswell. Jeffrey Dean Morgan would be my pick, he's hilarious. Did you ever hear the story of Jack Nicholson stealing David Spade's girlfriend?
Literally walking up to him and saying "I want your girlfriend".The model girl I dated was 18 when I was 24 and after me she dated a high level celeb in his 50s when she was 19. Yet over here when I got told people her age I got "nonce" and all this crap 😒. And you're right, on that underground social network I was on, there was so many 18-25 year old women who wanted men 35+ cause they were tired of immature boyish men. Oh and I think Vincent smokes cigs like a trooper least he used to, I miss cigs alot.
Great video this one, really enjoyed it, made me not so insecure about starting to go, grey/white aswell haha.
Apologies for ranting so much yet again, I don't really have any bloke mates into this sort of stuff👍. Peace be well, keep it up mate.

Cool video man, always putting out valuable content. I do think asset protection and estate planning are crucial prerogatives in a successful man's life, especially with all the entitlement and obsessional greed by the masses to a self made man's wealth. Would love to watch that upcoming interview (though I have had an intro on the topic). Also, you seem to emphasize owning a business as the only solid route to wealth, which is clearly not factual (especially in this modern era), because these days there novel routes to financial independence such as network marketing, digital nomad programmers, licensing patents, trademarks and copyrights, stock and forex trading, e-commerce, digital marketingetc. In that, only a lazy buffoon would refuse to enrich himself through such opportunities, though it still doesn't stop the fact that successful entrepreneurs have more prestige due to the job creation, life improvement and foreign exchange their Enterprises provide.Still, Most men don't want the stress and responsibility entrepreneurship involves, so better not to enforce it. Also, love the point about lonewolves though, it's so funny that in a world with so many people, characters and cultures, most people (especially women) choose to limit themselves to the type of environment and individuals to they find themselves connected to. They tolerate all types of low quality behavior because they've convinced themselves it's so normal and part of the status quo, and principled good people are "boring". Such people may never find happiness, cause they hold limiting beliefs that repel great people from them such as envy and pessimism (bad is always bad). As for me, I want to meet all kinds of people who'll not just make my life better but challenge my perspective, life's too short to stick with one clique.. Lol. I also would love to contribute to that last point though, because getting self reliance from Advertisers or whatnot, is not just about new profit channels, also think it's important to have either a novel business model, intellectual property or a subniche of an industry early adopters. You see this in businesses like Netflix (business model), hololens MR( great IP) or Alux, which identified an undeserved media need for ambitious, intelligent entrepreneurs. Having new profit channels is not nearly enough to distinguish oneself in a competitive industry. All else, nicely done... MATE.

Perfect analysis Kris. I am really glad I found your channel. As I said before, I stopped watching redpill videos because it is hypocrisy. It makes men to have victim mindset, to feel depressed, to deal women issues in a "female way" ... You are way more ahead to all of this. I dont know where you take these information but its pure gold. I am 30 and thanks to you I am starting to understand my "emotions" about family, kids, the preassure from women etc and I dont want these things now, maybe never. So, thank you again for your explanation.
I have a question for you.
You talk about being 40yrs old man and having 28yrs old woman to be more mature. I see it the same way. But women around that age are more likely to have a huge body count if they are really attractive. Being a woman and have slept with many guys makes them lose the ability of pair bond due to dull their brain to oxytocin. Similary like mens brain to huge doses of porn causes erectile dysfunction or decrease of sexual desire (my case, it is all true, nofap really helps)
Do you think that being a man with money, charisma, good body, have my shit together just being one of the top is strong enough for a woman to be able to pair bonding despite her bodycount ? Like truly devoted to you ? Sorry for my english.

@1STMAN
Yes, I meant incompatibility of a partner/parent of your child, can be heavy on the soul. Children, I adore every aspect of, I fall in love with children easily. You can’t put a price on that, come on brother. That’s an essential part of life.
In the olden days, you had kids early to produce helping hands on the farm etc. Now a days, I think financial security & partner compatibility eases life very much so. You can live by modest means & have what you need . As JP says, what are you going to do the last 45 years of your life, without a family. I can see it. He says,
If you take a two year old to a nursing home, everyone will stop what they’re doing and watch the child in amazement. This is natural.

@Djinne98 I was reading it the other day, a pretty good book, its author's good friend went searching for the fountain of youth, he was 70, once he came back, the author didn't recognize him, but soon enough his friend told him about how reversed aging and powered his systems back.
Now here's the thing, if you just wanna have more energy and become much healthier while slowing aging down, then you perform five exercises (the five rites), they're great and all, but if you really wanna heal your body and reverse aging, you have to retain the sexual energy and direct it upward, it has healing powers.
Look at the taoists for example, like Mantak Chia he's 78 but look 50 vecause he build up his sexual energy and not spill it for nonsense.

It used to be the way the Romans did it and, I suspect, the Greeks.
Boys become men, become soldiers, become citizens/civilians, become landowners and householders, than marry a younger woman and become fathers prepared to pass on years of wisdom to their children.
While boys were taught to farm, fight and govern on their way to manhood, girls were taught to cook, make a home and manage it effectively on their way to womanhood. Women literally and figuratively made a house a home and a refuge for hardworking men.
Men had to risk their lives and earn their place in the world; sacrifices were demanded to protect the community and the women and children within it as a demonstration of commitment to family, home, and nation.
Being a man used to mean that you had experienced life and contributed to society before having a family.
In some places this remains true, but not so in our modern, civilized world. That's the reason for much that drives the MGTOW movement. Many have forgotten that men are worthy of better treatment and respect. I'm afraid that only a big shooting-war between larger nations will remind women of that.

Actually im at Nofap Telegram group, is awful reading daily all the problems people have with masturbating and porn. The people blaming their selfs because they cant reach day 21 or bc they lost the streak, like you said in the video that must not be the point of Nofap. I was going to watch porn and then i saw this video in my feed it was like a message of God hahah, porn is destroying young men, spending their free time seeking for women and not doing thing that will help in their improvement. Im 18, i remember so much the book "Think and grow rich" (if you havent read it, do it), one chapter is called "the transmutation of sex" when you get older you have more chances to get succesful bc you use this energy for other things in life that really matters, search for this on the internet or read the book. Remember that sexual energy is the most valuable thing that a man has. Start viewing porn as a lethal weapon for this energy, start living the real life, go out and have great moments with other people (im not talking only having sex) go away from the monitor and start living. Hey 1STMAN, is there a video you made you could recommend me? Or give me advice? I think I have all these alpha body language after watching your body language analysis videos, I continuously practice alpha body language. And verbally i'm pretty mature, because I was a warehouse lead hand for 5 years, i've successfully managed many teams of 10-30 people of men and women twice to three times my age, from very unfortunate and downtrodden backgrounds, like refugees, or ex-convicts, or homeless, I have the communication skills.
The issue I have is that I physically look super young because i'm an asian male, we genetically look so much younger and less manly. And this makes people take me less seriously, and try to take advantage of me on sight. I'm 27 years old, 28 in two months. It's my main weakness as a person I think. I could probably pass for an 18 year old.
I'm a muscular build at 5'10 175lbs, but it doesn't help with my face looking young, and I can't grow facial hair, well I can but it grows horribly, sort of like James Franco with the gap in the middle of the moustache. I've been working out 6 days a week for 5 years.

This mate:
- physical exercise
- omega-3 fatty acids
- natural sunlight exposure
- restorative sleep
- social connectedness
- meaningful, engaging activity
Steve Illardis book, how to beat depression without drugs.
Aka living how how we are f**king designed to, like our ancestors. Cause our brains are still wired the same as hunter gatherers.
It's f**king sad man, I don't like this modern world and the way it's heading. It feels fake, phony. Fast food version of life.
I listen to a podcast were a guy covers hockey weekly from 50 years ago to the day.
This weeks episode they just brought in helmets for goaltenders hahaha. But my point being, the blokes were jacked, just working on farms, docks, building sites during the summer, eating just their "normal food" no additives. And the women were s**y not many obese women and they were more feminine. Probably why the last p**n I was watching was f**kimg vintage p**n. Hairy bushes, summer dresses, and weird trumpet music haha.
Im working for an old school 65 year old builder bloke atm, he puts me to shame mate. And I think Im probably way tougher mentally than the average bloke cus of my severve tinnitus and s**t. Duno what these drainpipe skinny jean wearing blokes would do tryna mix a f**king bucket of cement.
Ps you use fluoride free toothpaste yeah?
That's a good f**king business idea right there. 1st man fluoride free toothpaste and market it like those old school brands, old spice, brut, brylcream, Eucryl a f**king mans man toothpaste.

im thirty four and about nineteen stone, but five foot nine, so very overweight. was previously university track and field athlete, did typical olympic weight power lifting type regime for sprinters. i cant access the gym, and they will all be closed this thursday anyway, for at least a month, so what can i do now? i know cardio is a no no, but what about full out sprinting, because i know that both builds muscle, especially in legs, and sheds fat at the same time, plus doesnt destroy muscle like long cardio does. so sprinting i.e. six-ten reps of one hundred metres like i used to do ten years ago may be the best thing to do until i can get to do the squat rack and the clean and deadlift bar? oh i can order a pull up bar to put over the door to do pull ups and hanging leg raises as i used to spent most of time on pull up bar.

Mate I was wondering if you could respond to this or maybe make a video on this topic and would appreciate your advise, was seeing a girl, went on a date, was amazing we snogged and were affectionate towards eachother, few days go by and we were going to go on another date . I walk her home the other day and she tells me people that know me have told her I am destructive and dangerous and I get with a lot of women in my villiage and that I’m no good for her, she tells me she isn’t going to take a chance at getting hurt so she’s going with there advice and not seeing me anymore, she also says that she broke up with her ex 6 months ago and was cheated on and is scared that because she has a great time with me she will enjoy it and get attached and then thinks that I will hurt her and she doesn’t want to follow that pattern, so I’ve left her now, and going no contact to see if she comes round, in the mean time I’m gonna keep self improving. For reference she’s 18 and I’m 21. I’m just confused how she can be so into it to the point she’s snogging me and then a few days later end it because she doesn’t want to get hurt. Do you think she’s just not ready?? Any advice I would appreciate as we got on really well, and I’m very fond of her

Oh my fucking God!!! Dude seriously, how the fuck are you doing this? You just described the last 30 years of my life up until a few years ago. Fuck 1st man you need to name yourself and his channel of the wizard because you must have a fucking crystal ball or something. I can speak to this phenomenon because this was my life for 30 years. I got married very early in life and I was so fucking miserable trying to be responsible and trying to be a good guy and trying to be honorable and all that and it cost me 30 years of wasted time and misery and a life of mediocrity. No disrespect to the mother of my children who are now adults, but I’m telling you and all of the members of this community, is it honorable? Yes but in the grand scheme of a man’s life it comes at great cost. But, hold on… This is where the male advantage comes in, because I am 53 years old, in the best shape of my life, I live in New York City which is a target rich environment for nine‘s and tens. In my world there is no shortage of beautiful women. But to your point, I have given myself the option to have access to these women because I am now reaping the benefits of the last five years getting my shit together to become an outlier male. Anyone in their teens and 20s in this community listening to this video for taking the time to read these comments, it doesn’t matter how much you love this girl, shit changes and there’s no guarantees. Stay in shape and keep your options open.

The organic views are rolling in strong AF now my man, it all paying off. As you knew it would keep coming back to watch these, love the mindset, Hamza helped roll out into some of his audience, which is awesome, all about collaborations to grow. Lovely stuff as always got to push the comfort zone, still have comments off, etc, but keep up the great work!
Think you'll enjoy my content once it's out, I have a cheeky value proposition, but will email it, along with a few more bits, definitely influenced my life in a good way past few months. Keep up the bangers. Love the outlook and can't wait for the channel to grow.
Ps. Need more visualization videos and examples, love em.
