Another one out of the ballpark! The editing is professional, and the drone footage is perfect. Love the music, too. Edging, weed whipping, blowing, mowing, raking, trimming, cutting, gutter repair, wrecked door frame removal, removing roof sticks and branches, shovel up the clumps of grass rather than tossing them onto the lawn, removing debris, and more.
Brilliant, professional work. 💯🤘

I knew you were exceptional, after watching a video you put out last summer/ early Fall. I then watched the few videos you had on your channel. You had a few thousand subscribers at the time, and I thought, "This guy is the best Lawn/ Yard Transformation guy on the net."
Each video demonstrated ALL that you do: Edgings, weed whipping, power washing, repairing items, trimming, weed whacking, cutting/ sawing, trash removal, shoveling dirt, mowing, the drone footage, excellent editing, raking up the mowed grass, raking up the leaves, blowing off the sidewalks/driveway/yard, deal with mice, remove branches/wood, and haul away large household items left in these yards at your expense.
Congratulations on hitting 100,000; yet look how you're nearly 150,000 at this moment! 💯💥💯 You deserve all of this. Your outstanding work is #1 on YouTube. ❤🩹
Continued best wishes for you and your family. 🌿🏠🌿🏡🌿

A most excellent job, Mr Stockman! You mowed, trimmed, hedged, climbed, raked the grass, cut the branches, fixed the gate, the fence and the garage door, and closed the shed doors. You made the property and the homeowner, young again.

You are The Man. You're the type of person I would hire to do my property. I heard 1 other guy with channel say, I am just here to cut the lawn. Not trim bushes, remove trash or limb debris on lawn. I wonder how he cuts the grass and make it look perfect. But then he wonders why he lost clients. I know why, he was sorry. My Dad, older brother, both deceased now. Did lawn care my entire teen years. Mow, trim, egde, cut and haul away the debris. Pruned, weeded and planted and put in the mulch. For those elderly or poor, did for free. This was the late 70s to mid 80s here in Shreveport Louisiana. They don't exist like that here now. Perfect Gentlemen you are. Keep up the great work.

You picked an interesting project. A sidewalk has a lot to do with whether a community feels welcoming, looks orderly and is usable. When, a house is done, often fixing the sidewalk and curb is a big start on making a change. Glad you are doing a one-house-at-a-time direction. If you get to make a playground, around here kids set up a bike course, with small jumps, of their own accord. Kids need a safe place to learn skills. A loop or figure 8, with places to speed, turn, skid, etc. could be viable and the interior area still good for climbing, rock climbing, stepping from stump to stump, a basketball hoop, etc. When Chicago began abandoning park care, kids had no place to go. When volunteers cleaned-up, mowed, kids appeared from all over.

If it's Monday, it's time for another "Mid Life Crisis" video. It was a very BROWN Christmas and New Years here. We got snow in Montreal yesterday (Sunday) some snow. And from tomorrow into Wednesday we will get a few more inches, and maybe some freezing rain. It is currently (24.8F) (-4c) in Montreal at 10 am.
Ladies and Gentlemen, here is one very smart, strategic, fast on his feet thinker. And a lesson on just what happens when you use garden tools on FROZEN ground !! he he he he
You gotta make it work, right ?? As the snow began to fall during the reveal, this might be the last yard clean until Spring. But I am sure we will see many SNOW BLOWER videos coming up. Because once it begins to snow in Michigan, all bets are off, depending on how close you are to the lake, YES ???
Thank you for joining us for this Monday Mid Life Stockman Video. (Y'all come back now, ya hear !!) Who said that ??? Extra points if you get the reference.

Sweet mercy , you did an awesome job , not many would clean up a toilet . And what about that neighbor and his utmost thanks for you listening to him and giving him a helping hand , that warms the heart to see . I am curious about the stories behind so many homes that are left in such a disarray. Question for you , what kind of vlogs will you being doing in winter months ? I would think your area gets snow , correct me if I am mistaken. Also at your age , haha , watch your back , you don't need any problems with it , there is a lot of bending over doing that work. Keep being your helpful , kind self and you will be limitless .

Nunca cambies. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Another brilliant job done, sir. Such a lovely house and property, it’s so inspirational and (second hand 😂) gratifying to see you set it back on the road to hopefully being a truly loved HOME again for someone. I’m sure you are well aware how some folk can’t see beyond what a sad state too many places have slid into due both to unavoidable and avoidable neglect. Work like yours helps give a good nudge to look beyond to see what it could be with a bit of effort. It brightens the property as well as the neighborhood, gives it all a good shot of positivity. And, who knows? You may well be inspiring loads of other folk, both in those neighborhoods and here amongst the YT audience, to put more and more good deeds into action. It certainly renews my personal faith in humanity’s goodness. Well done you! 👍🏼 Must add, I’d wondered a few times how y’all keep from thoroughly trashing your backs, especially with the edging work. My dad was correct yet again, the right tool for the right job is always a worthy investment. Thanks again for sharing your time, effort, and videos 🙂👍🏼

Tackling worse and worse places is a good sign of your growth. You are confronting and figuring-out more and more things. Love the detail work you are adding, as you find things that need repairs. Nice to see the front curb, yard form and the deck back to order. The edging will last and look good for a while. Being as the driveway was a large visual area on this property, clearing it of all the trash, growth, dirt will have a good effect. Using a hedger in back was potentially a good example. They can cut tall growth down, tough weed stems, small tree growth. A person looking at an "impossible" section can bring it down, as you did. Someone pointed out that your commentary throughout helps. It carries a flow and we like your explanations. 35:36 is such a change, the back area was not only lost to use but had no order. As you now mow, the backyard is completely different, open, walkable, neat. Nice extras...closing the garage door, fixing the back door and light, the mailbox door, leveling the trailer, the front steps,... Very nice work done and enjoyed the drone comparisons.

It's 9:44 pm on Saturday June 8th, 2024. I just watched this video of you looking back at the work you did in 2023. I didn't even know about you & your work last year! I've only been watching your Herculean efforts to improve the looks of your community for less than a month! BUT... I'm hooked! I've got lots of other folks hooked, too! When my daughter used to call to check on me & ask what I'm doing, I used to tell her I was playing games on my cell. Now when I tell her I'm watching YT videos, she'll ask, "Videos of that Working Man?" Bless her heart! She's one of the few people I know who haven't watched one of your videos! As my dad used to say, "She's busier than a one-legged man in a butt kicking contest!" She works full time from home, is trying to decorate the house, does all the laundry, cleaning, cooking, budgeting, bill paying & now helping me get my place ready to sell & moving me into the new place! This woman has zero "chillaxing" time! Anyway, I'm so very happy to have found you online. I actually "don't feel right" until I've watched at least a couple of your videos each day! I don't understand it; but, your hard work on your videos makes me try harder to push through all the stuff I have on my lists! I just try to put my pain aside because I've got to do my part for this move! Thanks for the motivation that you're giving me without even knowing it! Keep up all of your great work for others! God bless you & your entire family❣️

Watching at 43:17 saying out loud, “kick the tank off” then you kicked the tank off! 😂
What an utterly fabulous job you did.
As soon as you said there was a fire pit, I did a little dance… I’m like, “yes! he can burn the wood and branches, way to go!” I always burn mine - meanwhile, my neighbors pile theirs up into huge tangled piles in their yards.
This is the best, I mean best, yard cleanup I’ve ever seen, and I subscribe to quite a few, too. I take my hat off to you because you cared enough about your work to include the neighbors property.
Great job. My husband even commented, “dang, he’s good!” 😂

I agree with what the people are saying on here, you see something wrong & repair it, gutters, mailbox, cut branches, cut & rake lawn, YOUR A M.O.A.T. Man of all Trades, you're the Tom Brady of yardwork! I asked you in earlier videos on what you will do in Winter, you've been extremely lucky because this year was odd, barely any snow or winter-like conditions. Always a pleasure to see what you will do next, keep up the fight brother, you're doing a great service!

If it is Monday, then It's time for another episode of "Midlife Crisis Therapy !!" If you don't know what to do with your life, go mow some grass or clean up your neighborhood !!
Hey Mr. Stockman, that is a really pretty neighborhood, lots of little houses and trees. The lot clean up was a huge job. It came out really great. And yes, I could envision a park on that land for the kids as well. Whoever was doing your drone footage WELL DONE !! That was awesome. I like seeing the neighborhood as a whole from above in relation to the project of the day, it puts it in context to the surroundings, yes?? Still No SNOW !! Neither here as well. It has been raining cats, dogs, and little fishes. And we won't have any snow for Christmas this year, BOO!!
Merry Merry to you and yours out there. Have a wonderful Christmas.

You are actually doing a new topic. As far as I've seen, people have been doing warm weather clearing. It is true lawns shut down in fall, but there can still be shrubs and trees needing doing or places needing (mowing) and cleanup. This is a good example of that and now you are showing what you are learning about dealing with cold, what happens as materials freeze, etc. People who might have experience...those doing firewood cutting, powerline maintanence... The nice thing about a later cleanup is it likely will last many months. Perhaps some less greenwaste. Glad you got to the miscellaneous rocks and bricks before they got frozen-in-place in the ground. You are also still working early enough that the ground isn't frozen, so your excavations to restore the design lines, as walkway, are possible. Good pointing-out that you had already located a hole on the property, for putting extra dirt in. Really like that you moved to restore the sidewalk area. That will be good for the community and was another area that could freeze-in-place and be hard to move. (You apparently were riding right on the edge of completely frozen there.) This was an excellent improvement , for the neighborhood and home. Your overhead view at 41:37 shows that it fits into the local area very well now.

And this video is a perfect case in point as to why you are my favorite channel when it comes to outdoor before and after projects. We should all be angry with the city that allows the school stop sidewalk to be a safety hazard and not clean this up. The private citizen, your self, has to step up to the plate and do their job is wrong on so many levels. And by the way, I often times, when, watching other channels with like projects, will zoom to the end, just to see the before, and after. I am telling your viewers, don’t do that. You have to watch with this guy did to achieve the incredible after look. You are my favorite channel, and I thank you for what you do in your community.

Watching your progress in Timelapse is much better because it’s transforming right in front of your eyes, which it’s more enjoying to see! Others who don’t Timelapse, well it becomes pretty boring after a while! That’s what caught my eye about your channel and content my friend! I know it’s definitely hard work because I’m seeing how much you’re actually doing, that’s a lot of difference! I think your channel shows how much more effort it takes to get the job done, that shows that it’s not as easy as people would think! These sidewalks are killers especially this one! To me it’s like the National Geographic series on draining the ocean which is a really cool show! This is about the same, seeing how much the earth is moving over the sidewalk! Some of it is a foot or more! That’s crazy and amazing! Like the show, “earth after man” which is a pretty frightening thing to see how cities are being taken over and it’s the jungle covering the entire city! If you haven’t watched it, you should! It’s entertaining but at the same time frightening to see! Skyscrapers being covered with dirt which turns into grass and then trees on the roofs of buildings and skyscrapers! Pretty weird my friend! Anyway I figured I would say that about your content, I love it! I love yard work but at 64 years old, I now bite my lip because I have to pay someone to cut my yard! No weed trimming because I can’t afford to pay him to do it! What I pay for the yard cutting is maximum for my income at my age with everything else being so expensive! Thanks for sharing your content and your hard work my friend! I’d love to be right there with you, doing these transformations but life has crept up on me! And I’m the type of guy that takes pride in my yard! Thanks Stockman, you’re amazing and God Sent! Kirk from Louisiana sending prayers and positive vibes to you and your family my friend! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸GOD BLESS AMERICA 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🙋🏼✌🏻✌🏻

I had stated in an earlier video that I follow the work of 21 persons who are involved in this type of endeavor. One thing I have noted over time is that many who start out doing excellent work tend to lessen the quality of their job performance with what I call "stragglers", i.e. things left unfinished. What I find especially annoying is that several of the big names in the business are falling into this trap. This can be as little as leaving behind sprigs of attached grass after trimming sidewalks and curbs, in chain link fences, leaving debris in the yards, not trimming back hedges, low hanging limbs, etc. Sean is the only one of the group whom I follow who consistently does a real first class transformation. Yes, it is true that he sometimes has to leave items behind that are too massive to tackle, but this is understandable. If nothing else, to not do so would make the video entirely too long. Then, consider all of the extra things he repairs that virtually no one else does. Top that off with the comments he intersperses in the videos that have us believing he is actually enjoying what he is doing! I am looking for consistency in the overall job performance. As a result, I saved the last five of Sean's videos to watch without the interference of another's "semi-transformation". That way, I am ending the year with good thoughts and a smile on my face for having watched the quality of performance that I would expect of myself. Could 2024 possibly be even better?

I watch a lot of "home improvement" channels of decor, restoration, etc. So YouTube thinks I must like these yard cleanup channels and keeps putting them in my feed. But usually they're a guy who talks about how DISGUSTING the yard is, questioning the sanity of whoever lives there... then throwing EVERYTHING into the trash, even things that are probably meant to be there (one guy tossed a new looking hose out because it wasn't coiled up on the thingy) and cuts down every single tree/plant. They leave behind a yard devoid of any life or personality. I usually hate these channels.
I always think about the person who might see the video. Who might not be capable, for whatever reason, of keeping on top of the property. Who now feels ten times worse than they already did, being put on display for thousands to be called disgusting. I think of how much perfectly usable stuff went to a landfill rather than being stored neatly away (or coiled back up) or donated. As an avid gardener it makes me sad to watch young plants trashed by the weedwhacker, when they may have been the one thing the owner did do to start down the long road to recovery. Or mature azaleas and lilacs and hydrangeas cut down because it's winter and the guy has no idea that it should be there.
This is the first time I've seen someone be respectful, even if nobody currently lives there. Cut down only the dead tree AND SAY SO, pointing out that the other living bits should stay. Keeping the things that should be kept and explaining why. Including the dirt! Which was utterly brilliant! I'm not even all the way through the video but I'm just so thoroughly impressed. You might be the only yard fixer upper that is truly doing this properly. Thank you.

17:35 Ohwup - I'm sure you didn't mean that as a cheap shot, but it did come across that way. 🤨😒Hard times aren't just physical, as you well know. 😮💨Yes, it's easy to throw things in a trash can - if you're in the habit. I'm not gonna judge these people, because who knows how much stuff was thrown on the front of their property by passers-by. 😔I'm happy that they've received a hand-up from us (😉) that, hopefully, will be enough to get them moving forward in a positive direction again. Great video, as usual, my friend. You take care, and stay safe. Best wishes from Ontario, Canada. 😁😘🤗👌👍👋

I really like, appreciate and thank you for what you do for the communities in your area. Whether the home is vacant or the folks just "need that hand Up"! FANTASTIC JOB! The one thing that sets you apart from others is that you do repairs on the property. From fences, doors, gates, etc.... This puts you over the top. ❤ My Grandfather always taught me "if you're going to do a job, so it right the first time," and that is exactly what you do! I was my son's chin about leader for a couple of years and their motto is "always leave an area cleaner and better than when you found it" & once again I applaud for for doing your Best! I always loved talking care of our yard even when the kids were little. It was always my happy place. Straight lines from the mower and trimmer or a huge smile on my face, just like you. But I am unable to take care of the yard now, and it makes me so sad! 😢 I had to have my spine fused with rods & screws and the pain doesn't allow me to now anymore. This is why I watch your channel & Kevin/ his dad from the boring channel/cabin on the hill. It makes me happy to see all of the transformations that ya'll do. You are such a wonderful person helping the communities! If their were more people like you to help out, things would be so different. 😢 So I thank you for all you do, ❤️ your such a wonderful person! Keep up the great work you do 1 home at a time!!!!!!

Ruth here, but hey, you must leave some cover for wild life, we don't have any gray or red fox cause a lot less cover for them, the coyotes are killing them, no pheasants either 😢😢😢, now they mow beside the roads , come on, l agree now weeds right by the sidewalks cause of nasty ticks, l firmly believe our government and CIA released those nasty ticks. But l do like some of the clean up you do, God bless you, you show love by what you are doing

Well, My chores are all done, so I can sit back and Welcome all of you to this weeks episode of the "Midlife Crisis - Mad Stockman" show.
We are two hours from the Path of Totality going overhead in Montreal just after 3 pm.
UGH Toilets, thankfully, NO POOP !!! Oh Boy, me thinks the Mad Stockman should park farther down the block, no??
A really nice job there, Mr. Stockman. I'm sure the neighborhood is grateful for the clean up, making the area a little cleaner, safer, and useable.
Stockman Wish List:
The Stockman needs a new Chain Saw.
And a few batteries for his cutters and tools as well.
And maybe a sponsor who will donate some of these items to him, YES ???
Clang Clang Clang went the Trolley, Ding Ding Ding went the Bell !!!
Thank you for joining us today for the Mad Stockman Show. Y'all come back now, Hear !!

Ok, you inspired me. I worked up a sweat. Spent about an hour on Camp Flowers road picking up trash from the side of the road. Didn't get the whole thing done. I ran out of gas, I'm not as young as you, lol. Beer bottles, empty whiskey bottles, water bottles, soft drink cups, wadded up fast food bags, plastic grocery bags, part of a headlight. All the flotsam and jetsam that accrues on the road side. I made up to where the culvert starts. There's a lot of crap in there, I stopped at the point. I'll do that on another day, my bag was already pretty heavy and I had to walk back to the truck. I was yelling for my cat, Buzzy, who ran off four weeks ago. No luck.

Hello ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the better late than never episode of the Michigan Mad Stockman Show. Here in Montreal at this hour it is 45F outside and a little damp from rain. Let's see what kind of crazy mischief our mad man gets up to today. Let's go, shall we ??
It's a bird, it's a plane, No it's DIAPER MAN !!! Able to leap over the bassinet, and the changing table, and toss a diaper farther than anyone in Michigan !!!
Don't you just loathe these young whipper snappers who can bounce around doing this back breaking work so smoothly !! I'M KIDDING !!!! Makes you realize just how old you and what you could not possibly do anymore !! UGH, ageing SUCKS !!! Hopefully our Mad Man has a good massage therapist when this is all finished !!
WOO HOO !!! Amazing. That was incredible. Three Cheers for DIAPER MAN !!!
What? You smell poop, well it ain't me, I just tossed my diaper in the lot next door !! ha ha ha ha ha ha
Thank you for joining us for this edition of the Michigan Mad Stockman Show, Y'all come back now you hear !!

Shawn, if you're not familiar with "The Butterfly Effect"....look it up! It theorizes, that while the tiny breeze of a single butterfly taking flight appears to only affect the air immediately surrounding its own wings, when others begin spreading their wings, and they too take flight, it has the power to change the winds on a global scale! YOU, sir, could very well be single handedly affecting the winds of direction in that neighborhood. Be it an overall sense of well being by the dwellers there, a silent call to self improvement, a new sense of hope to those who felt forgotten and overlooked, or inspiring others to do as you have done because there's now living proof that one man/woman CAN make a difference! Just LOOK AT YOU FLY!! 🦋🦋🦋

When you fixed the chain fence you had me! I watch Al, Tim, Kuntz, Quickcut,The Boring channel, Digit, BlessingBoys, M&D, Blademate andS&D all of them but you fix gutters and then that fence! (yes I saw that one first and subbed) was just waiting to see if you'd be the one to go that extra step, You passed and you news a wheelbarrow and a tarp! Kuntz makes 5000 extra steps and has my many OCD's wigging out, and my dad in my brain telling me to work smarter not harder!😂😂😂😂 Great job!

Wow, amazing. That was a dirty nasty clean up. But you did such a great job.
We never know someones backstorey.
I can totally understand if a person is sick in bed and all alone or is disabled.
But throwing your garbage outside into the garden is abit too much if you are not incapcitated.
You really made a huge difference by picking up the garbage which is a health hazard, attracting rodents, etc.
You cut up and burnt old dead wood.
Did mowing, edge cleaning, high pressure washing, fixed the broken gate, and took a truck loaded full of waste of all kinds to the dump. And you saved the bees.
You deserved your snickers and water. 😂
Seriously, you need to treat yourself to a wonderful meal.
Lovely transformation.
I always hope that these random acts of kindness help someone who is down to have hope, and to be inspired to keep their garden free from garbage. Not everyone can afford machines, ride on mowers, etc, but trash is a no go.
Take good care and thank you for all the hard work you do. 💪👋🙏👍🤗

Oh My Goodness, i forgot, it's Mad Man Monday !! Just came home from grocery shopping !! 12 noon in Montreal, and it is HOT !!!
A heat warning is up and we may see 109.3 F / 43 C today and tomorrow. That is very dangerously Hot, and most homes do not have AC. Unless it is built in.
What does our Mad Man have in store for us today ?? Let's GOOOOO !!
Well, back in the DAY, a fish on the door step wrapped in newspaper was the Harbinger that something bad was gonna happen. Old One Eyed Vinny was gonna come calling !!
I hear a Leaf Blower in the background, that means there is a guilty home owner close by cutting their grass !!!
Manual Labor, that's what kids are for !! Builds Character and Manual Skills. If I had enough sway, every kid would have to have worked a job that required Manual Labor for at least an entire summer, or maybe longer, if they took to it well. No Phone, No Internet, No Social Media !!! Period. Like we had it back in the day.
A service job requiring manual labor helping others in their communities.
YAY She's Done !! Now we need to remodel and paint her up like one of the "Painted Ladies in San Francisco" an old Victorian Manor House.
Well Done Mad Man !! Thanks for joining us today. Y'all come back now, ya hear !!!

In just one hour of this video being posted, you already have over 4,086 views !!! That is just amazing !! You did a beautiful job, Mr. Shawn !! I started tearing up, at the end, when the couple, were thanking you, and giving you heartfelt hugs. We never know what people are going through, in their lives, maybe there physical, or emotional health problems. But, as the Bible tells us at. 1 Corinthians 13:13. "Now, however, these three remain; faith, hope, love; but, the greatest of these is love." And that is what you, dear Shawn show to all, every week , that we get to see you on your channel !! May Jehovah continue to richly bless you, and your beautiful family, for your loving kindnesses . Mrs. Becker , in Kemah Texas !❤❤❤❤❤❤

I remember spending my teens in Detroit in the seventies. There was all this disrepair in the city, and I didn't know why people didn't take care of their places. I thought, why don't people want to have a clean place?
But I was young. I didn't understand poverty, sickness, depression, etc.
I began to see my family was troubled. There was mental illness, alcohol and drug use, thievery, the list just goes on and on.
You make a choice of where you will go in your life if you can. Will you carry on with the habits of your parents? Or will you do something different?
I got out. God blessed me.
Now Detroit is almost a ghost town.
I admire this man. He, and by proxy his family, are blessing those around them.
We all can do that.

Great job, Sean. I'm glad you weren't put off by the neighbour. I know everybody has their story, but that doesn't mean they have to make it YOUR story too.
What exactly did he think you were doing, when you were there with a truck full of yard tools and said you were cleaning up the yard, and then carried on cleaning up the yard?
Does he interrogate EVERY contractor that comes to his street?
TBH I'm surprised the other neighbours dont gag him and lash him to a chair in the basement when workers come around. Who knows how many he manages to scare off?
Nothing brings a neighbourhood down faster than an abandoned property. Not only does it quickly become an overgrown eyesore, with all the trash that invariably accumulates, but then you get squatters, vandals, break-ins....
Just want to say, out of all the lawn guys I watch, each has their own strong point, but you by far sit up at the top with Alex (Mow it) Wells for quality of work, and Kevin (Lawn Care Juggernaut/Boring Channel) for being such a workhorse and a nice guy!

It seems like a simple episode of a man cleaning the garden for free and a man being aggressive, but it's much more than that, Sean shows us with his attitudes, values that are unfortunately being lost in humanity, because of the media, the globalized world, class struggles, ideologies, which distort and inflame against each other, etc... of course there are problems in the world, and differences, that is a fact, we cannot deny it, but our attitudes may be different... in this case in particular,
a man marked by his story, you can feel his anger against white people in his words, we don't know why or what he went through, but the presence of anger is clear, which makes the person not have common sense, act with blind rage, even though the other side is only doing good, in contrast, Sean is a resilient person, who dominates his ego and in adversity acts with prudence, calm, respect and above all love...pure Christian values... receives hate and returns love, beautiful Sean, God bless you and also this old man, may he be touched by your love and your example. You are a man of great value Sean, your channel is much more than a cleaning channel, believe me, it is a channel where we learn about the deep values of life and what really matters. Thanks.

Midlife Stockman!!!! I'm from Dorchester, yeah, Dorchesta. Lol Living in Florida now. My 68 years old bones couldn't take the cold weather anymore, i miss Boston though. Happy 20th anniversary to you and your beautiful wife! God bless you both and your children. I too, married verrry young. I have two wonderful, professional sons, my prideandjoy! (My husband was 19 and experienced, i was almost 17...and stupid! I though i was in love, but it was a bad case of food poisoning or a virus!) Lol. Still, we stayed married for 24 years, moved to Florida , three years later, i divorced him.... no more stomach virus! Lol Take care, have fun, enjoy life with your wife and kids. Thank you for sharing a bit of your life with us, dear heart. Ill be waiting for your next video.

You really did a lot of work. The neighbours should help out.
The new owner or present owner should remove all the trees at the back yard. Plus cementing the driveway, placing bricks at the yard edges to prevent earth from flowing back to the driveway and pavement.
The 2 trees in front of the house, should be removed permanently.
If the new owner has extra cash, he should cement the back yard totally, put brick walls at the back yard. He can hang his laundry to dry.
Another option is to extend his house to occupy part of the back yard for ..
1) wet kitchen
2) above wet kitchen, it's clothes drying area. This is to prevent any cat or pets from touching clean clothes.
If the new owner has loads of cash, he may want to remove all the wood from inside his house. Put brick walls, cement it then paint it beige. Any wooden flooring should be removed and place actual beige floor tiles.
Once the inside of his house is brand new, then he can think about removing the front yard, and cement it.
For future, he may want to install a pavement for wheelchair (just in case) - similar to his neighbour.
All wooden doors to be removed. Place steel doors at front and back of the house. Also place iron grille at front and back, plus at all windows. To prevent any insect from entering the house, install mosquito netting with almost zero hole at doors and windows.
To brighten his house, he should install LED light at front porch, side and back yard. Emergency lighting should be placed inside his house and front porch.
His electrical appliances should be state of the art. Cabinet and wardrobe should be made of bricks + cement + tiles.
When it's finished, his house will be the best in the whole neighbourhood.

Do you have a Facebook page for Midlife Stockman? Your editing skills are mad, and the footage is outstanding. 💯 Please let us know how your foot is doing. 🙏
I'm a Minnesotan, on the Wisconsin border, so I'm aware of the four seasons we have in the north country. 🥶💦🌷🍁. Perhaps you could keep with your theme, even over the winter months. Your theme is outdoor transformations and help, especially for people who need assistance, and properties that are abandoned to keep neighborhoods clean and safe, and free from squatters.
That could include snow blowing sidewalks or driveways, shoveling snow, using ice melt, using a snow rake for the roofs, laying straw around some new growth, and even trimming branches if able to reach them due to snow. Evergreens, pines and fir trees could be groomed. 🌲💨🌲
Priority: safety ⚠✴❇🚩

Sean, a few comments. First, another masterful performance! Second, in my opinion, people react more positively when they know a persons name, i.e., Hi, I'[m Sean, aka: Mid-Life Stockman and 3rd, what, you didn't have time to paint the house a nice sky blue color?

There is a lot of fun when you end up "at the right place at the right time". Two days before the garden was to be planted.... With the long hours you are putting in, I hope your family will continue to visit. If you can, for the younger kids I'd suggest toys of miniature shovels, rakes, gloves, etc. and encourage them to join in, short bits at a time, be part of what their Dad does and be proud to participate. Family picnics would include your wife. Later tools might be a small blower and a mini-sized mower w/ bag. Watch yard sales? At 10:40, shows how much the view is opening up and the area being reconnected. Liked your idea to cut up the turf/root mat with the edger. I think you are recovering about three feet of sidewalk width there. At 21:27, we have a rather astounding change in view. The sidewalk is refound, the trees are not intruding across the sidewalk and there is a lot of space. 35:44, there is a view of the second section of sidewalk, looking on to the next block, which has a "trickle through" sidewalk access. A nice comparison of opening an area back to normal. One form of city maintenance that was kept up, was the street drain, it was clear. Noted that when you walked backwards, on the street edge, trimming, it gave you a safety view of traffic coming. That was nice that you not only cleared the sidewalks to the Community Garden, but also made time to get the garden in good shape as well. That was a great boost for your community. Very nice you were brought a treat.

If it's Monday, It's A Mad Stockman Episode. On this weeks show, "The family that weed eats together, Stays together" It's a family affair .... Sing it with me !!!
Did you catch that at 7:34, It's the guilty neighbor syndrome. When a yard worker is cleaning up a yard, the neighbors begin to get itchy and feel guilty about their messy yards,
and then they come out and start mowing their own lawns. The greenery surround on that Centurion Tree is really pretty !!
Well now, Mr. Stockman, we can't have Dueling Whips, without the "Dueling Banjo's," right ??? Dum - Dum, - Dum - Dum, - Dum - Dum - Dum (If you know the tune, play it in your mind)
YES !! Be One with the Land, Get Down in those Grass Clippings. Grovel like a Ground Hog. He He He He
Did you know that there is a particular power washing chemical, that when sprayed on siding or other surfaces, the mildew and mold disappear !! I've seen it used on my other channels I watch.
Oh, you did not get up to that high spot on the back wall, it was a little above where you were standing on the ladder. I was hoping you were going to get up there !!
I think this job needs to be photographed for Better Homes and Gardens. Reminds me of my Grammy's home in New Britain, Ct. (Sadly the house is no longer standing)
Well Done gentlemen. And thank you for joining us on this "Feel Good Monday," Mad Stockman episode.
Y'all come back now, ya hear !!!

Dilemma: How to streamline my voluminous thoughts and express them. I'm 65 and fairly healthy. My husband is 72 and has a pretty beat up body from physical labor and tomfoolery in his younger years. We own a modest house on about two acres of land at the edge of town. Lived here 20 years. Twenty years ago the house and lawn were pretty easy to care for while both of us worked full time to boot.
When you're in your 30's-50-s, it's easy to watch a video like this and think, "Why do 'old' people let things get so out of hand?!" I'm finding It to be a combination of many things. Changing priorities with age, i.e. you start feeling that the yard doesn't have to be immaculate..."Who cares?" You cut back from weedeating every week to every other week then to not doing it all. Bushes and low-hanging limbs are allowed to grow unweildy. Grandkids enter your life and you'd rather spend time with them than do yard and housework. A surgery and recovery cause you to fall behind. Your retirement income lessens so you struggle to pay someone else to do the work (IF you can find someone with common sense, experience, and decent ethics). Your kids all live too far away to help. IF they live nearby, you hate to ask them because they already have a lot on their plates.
You begin to realize what is happening in your yard and home and ponder over what you should do. The thought of packing up a household to move is daunting. What's the point of moving/owning even a smaller place? Small homes/yards need upkeep too. You don't want to sell a home you've spent the past 30 years paying for. Renting seems like a solution, but you don't want to pay rent for another 10-20 years. Then there are the memories attached to a house/yard. You dismiss the problem, tucking it away to deal with at another time. Before you know it, another five years has passed while less and less energy and attention are paid to the home/yard. And then another five. Disrepair is often a gradual, sneaky state.
What you and others like you accomplish for the senior citizens (just speaking for my age group) in your area (whether paid for ongoing work or unpaid on a one-time basis) is fantastic. The bottom line is that at some point it becomes overwhelming for many, they/we know a major decision needs to be made, but it's a really tough decision to make. The principal of "the least resistance" takes root and before you know it, YOU are one of "those old people" needing a helping hand.

Monday Monday, Can't trust that day ... Yep It's the Mad Stockman Show. 10 am in Montreal. 58F and Sunny. 15C. It's getting up there today.
What does our Mad Man have for us today?? Let's GOOOOOO !!!
In the Center Ring of our 3 Ring Circus is the "Master Ball Spinner," the likes even the Harlem Globe Trotters have never seen !!
What a difference a day makes !! I'm sure the landlord felt a pang of guilt, knowing HE could have done something, but chose not to. It took the kindness of a stranger who
happened to be in the right place at the right time, for this job to drop into his lap !! Well Done Madman !! Well Done.
NO NO NO Madman. You sat on a Toro, now you let them come to you and offer you a mower, like the Lawn Juggernaut or Al Bladez or Spencer SB Mowing !!!
You go and shop, and let THEM come to you, after seeing what you do for the community !!! You buy their products, now let them give one to you, to use and promote them.

Where oh Where has my Mad Man gone, Oh Where oh Where can he be? He's cutting some grass in a neighborhood, in a neighborhood he should not be !!!
Oh boy Oh Boy Oh Boy, things getting real, Y'all.
"I'm not supposed to be in your neighborhood, just like you ain't supposed to be in mine !!
" OOOOOHHH CHILD !!!" Dat man be pissed as he dials his phone. Sweet Jesus Alive !!!
He's Calling da PO-LICE !!!
Better watch out, some angry neighbor gonna be shooting that drone out of the air !!!
Well, now we know our Mad Man has enough "Possible" material for at least another month's worth of videos !!! Well Done, Well Done Mad Man
The property looks really nice. I'm sure the neighbors, save one, are grateful.
You brought up the curb appeal 100%. Now let's see if it sells.
Oh, and one last thing, you know what they say about Barking Dogs, right ?? The Dog that BARKS the LOUDEST has the most to HIDE !!

I think we all need to recognize the social context behind his behavior.
If the roles were reversed, and Sean was a black man, I have no doubt some "concerned neighbor" would approach him and ask him to fully identify himself and explain his purpose for being there. There's too much historical evidence to support it.
The unfortunate reality is that black people have lived under this type of scrutiny for a long time.
Now, hear me when I say this, I don't condone what the neighbor did or how he went about it. But I do understand the feeling of finally having a little power in this situation (as a resident) and being able to turn the tables, so to speak. To ask a white person to explain their presence in a neighborhood, not their own.
I would ask you, Sean: How did it feel to be asked and basically demanded to give your personal information? I would guess it was intrusive and uncomfortable. This is just a small part of the feeling black people have had to endure with "stop and show your papers" behaviors thrust upon us by white people in America.
What you do, Sean, is a blessing to so many, and it's necessary. I hate that you were placed in this situation. Honestly, I do. I just ask that you try and place yourself in the opposite role for just a moment.
I think this is an amazing teachable moment for us all.
Continue being the blessing you are to so many, Sean. I support you and your channel and continue to gain joy from the transformations you create.
Best.

OMG! I just now decided to look for you on YouTube and Voila! There you are! Thanks so much for sharing some of your story with your followers/subs! Growing up without your dad must have been really hard for you, your mom & your siblings! I lost my dad in '92 when I was 38 & I KNOW I STILL haven't gotten over it! He was only 71 & God willing, I'll be 71 in November. It doesn't seem possible that I've lived without him in my life for all these years. I have an older sister & a younger brother, too. I had another sister, ten years older than me. She was 30, the mother of 4 beautiful kids, when a man she was involved with shot & killed her! How do parents DEAL with losing a child, their 1st born!? That was in 1973. We lost our mom in 2011. She was 87! No. I haven't gotten over her passing either. She was the glue that held our family together. We haven't been the same since she "left". I thank God for my daughter, my only child, every day. She was born when I was 17; so, we kinda grew up together! Very soon I'll be moving from my home (of 39 years!) into the house she, her husband & I are buying together. I'm so excited that she & I will be under the same roof again!
I'm very thankful to have been fortunate enough to find you, your family (sometimes) & your amazing videos while browsing FB & now YouTube, too! You are inspiring people across the USA & I've shared your videos with family & friends in California, Colorado, both Dakotas, Florida, Missouri, Montana, Ohio, Tennessee, West Virginia, South Carolina, Virginia & of course here in North Carolina! I haven't even been following you for a month yet! It's crazy! They're all talking about you, too!
Take care. Stay safe. God bless us all & God bless America! 🇺🇲

It was an absolutely incredible experience watching you perform miracles on what looked like a "lost cause"! I think it takes a really sorry person/bunch of people to knowingly turn the property (around the house in which they reside) into a dumping ground! Where's the common decency in those people!? It takes a very kind & decent person - YOU - to do whatever it takes to clean up the damage & make the place look respectable again! I don't know how those other people live with themselves OR sleep at night! But, you, Midlife Stockman, must feel very accomplished & wonderful after doing the right things to put a place back in order! Your family must be so proud of you! I'm slowly making my way thru your video play list & actually rewatching portions of some of them before adding my comments. If I wasn't spending so much time sorting, donating, trashing & packing up my house, I'd have more time to watch your amazing work! However, I find watching them a very relaxing & satisfying way to "wind down" each day. I suffer from insomnia due to the pain of fibromyalgia & fractured vertebrae in my lower spine; so, your videos helping me to relax is REALLY wonderful! Thanks for sharing another job with your fans/followers/subscribers! You're truly one of the good guys!
Btw, you befriending James & "knocking out" his yard, too, was VERY COOL! (Oh Lord, I've done it again! I wrote a novel instead of a comment! Sorry.)
