For the first minute of this video, we are following a man striding with purpose (the well-built guy with dark clothes and white trainers 0:01 - 0:59), I'm thinking who is this guy and where is he leading us, and the audio makes it quite exciting and almost profound and then suddenly it just cuts to .... East Ham? WTF?

It's very like Brick Lane, the population changes every so many years with the latest wave of low renters, in the 60s it was Irish, 70s Asian, 80s Scousers, 2000s East Europeans, now African and Middle Eastern muslims. Poor people get sent to poor areas. Politicians talk of levelling up, but it's an endless watering down.
