During 2016, when my son died on the road here in the Kingdom of Belgium, I made an appointment with a psy at the flamish hospital close to my house : AZ VUB, asking for help. The psychiatrist told me exactly this : " The less you take chemich drugs, the better you feel. You must grieve". I said,: "what? But doctor, I go in the woods at night and I scream, I run, I scratch the ground, please, help me ! " He answered : "You scratch the ground to find the love you've lost, keep doing it. Don't stop and come back to talk with me any time. I'm here for you. Call me any time but don't start with chem. drugs. You need time to grieve". We talked for an hour and did it every week. What a wonderful doctor. After a cupple of months, we became friends. Thanks God, I met the right psychatrist.

I will try to give some perspective. I live in third world country. I was born and raised there. My country is quite conservative and religious. I can assure you people here are miserable and some are unhappy. We don't have universal healthcare, no strong labor protective law, and so many bad things. People who have money and privileges from my country can move to first world country, get a job and live there. But there are so many people here left behind with no option. Sometimes I feel like people see poverty differently, being poor is a fate, it is what God has intended. Some people think that it's okay to be poor as long as they're healthy. Or because we have collectivist culture it's common to help family and friends financially. As long as we try, God will provide. I think about the 'acceptance' of one's condition. Or a mindset everyone has their own portion in life. Or a belief that the rich must help the poor through charity. I think people here may seem 'happier' because of different culture, different way of seeing poverty, and how we relate to each other. I think religious belief about God will provide or God will help who help themselves first is ingrained in my people's psyche so deep. Some people accept the harsh reality of life. When we talk about happiness, it depends how you measure it. Maybe because people are so used to feel disappointed about the government, we know we don't have that much money ...☺️🙂

In Biblical times , meat consumption was relegated to sheep and goats. Cows were meant for tilling the soil and as a workhorse. In fact, if you go through the Middle East and parts of Africa, goats are still a great source of animal protein.
There are some folks in America’s Heartland who raised goats for contract grazing, thus eliminating the need for herbicides and machinery employed by crop farmers and cattle growers to fend off noxious weeds. Some raide goats for contract grazing alone, others also for slaughter.
Now, if there is one thing these goats are good at, is eating up poisoning weeds , and through the process of digesting these plants , they actually manage to metabolize trace minerals, absorbed by such plants. Minerals we actually need for our well being. Whether it is through the milk or meat, we consume quality untainted meat , no grain fed , no carcinogens.
As a children, a roast chicken was a Sunday treat. Red meat once a week. Pork only when we order a slaughter of a whole pork, and my mother would process out one cuts into smoked sausage, bacon, minced meat, blood sausages, pork bellies , and feet / tail/ears would be salted and preserved under clay buckets.
Yes, too much meat consumption is as just as bad as no meat at all. Hence nível diseases , Colon Cancer , clogged arteries , and so on.

As for how, it's simple really
Step 1: Strip Amazon's Web and Cloud Service operations from them, including Prime Video and Twitch
Step 2: Force Amazon to spin off Chewy, Whole Foods, as well as other accquisions, pending investigation, which disrupts Amazon's vertical integration, which stifles 3rd parties on the platform, this also includes strict rules on selling 3rd party data.
Step 3: Strip Amazon of their massive logistical advantage by spinning off their logistical network (Fulfillment Centers, Warehouses, Amazon Air) into separate companies. This levels the playing field to allow other eCommerce sites as well as brick and mortar stores to better compete with Amazon
Step 4: Ban platforms from selling their own products on their marketplace..
By the end of this, several separate companies will emerge.. Leaving Amazon as the main eCommerce based website..
