Yes women choose to lay with a man that doesn't care about her, just like they choose to drive away men with their hostile toxic behavior, just like they also choose to legally remove men because the government has them convinced through Johnson's Great Society, aka the welfare state, that single motherhood is a career, just like women also choose whose children live or die and they also have the choice to practice and enforce contraceptives yet it seems like they fail at making good choices, which is why they want a man to lead but they don't know how to respect nor support a quality man because their mother likely screwed their lives up by making the same bad choices listed above
