The face that before tax is equated as income and that insurance is also deducted plus FICA income is not what it appears . And then take in the below poverty line. As to education Mr. Gates should visit many of our public schools the 7/10 grades war zones with gangs ruling...the saving which is less then 17% has gone to the very top not the middle in America and not to help the 3rd world nations !! so Trumps make America grate again is because our own infrastructure is old and built for a population of 150 million at best! The leadership of 3rd world is the biggest problem the money America and other country's give is all to offer found in offshore accounts of corrupt 3rd world leaders
