Muellers report clearly establishes that trump and his campaign members solicited encouraged and accepted Russian interference in the election and that trump clearly engaged in obstruction of justice by attempting to stop Muellers investigation. Mueller clearly states that he is constrained by DOJ Office of Legal Council guidelines that prohibit indictments of a sitting president and clearly states that the Constitution provides the appropriate remedy.
