Why are you Republitards so upset? You’re going to get what you wanted. Take away a woman’s right to choose as been a Republitard goal for 50 years.

@kirbyroad7222 Well you’re not actually qualified to say the Supreme Court made an unconstitutional decision 50 years ago. You have an opinion. The Constitutional basis for Roe v Wade was the 4th Amendments guarantee of the right to privacy. But basically we can’t have a country where the Religious Beliefs of a group of people determines the law. And don’t pretend like this anti abortion movement is not a Religious belief. 69% of Americans support Roe v Wade. Many of that 69% are Republicans

@kirbyroad7222 RBG never claimed that abortion was a State issue. You just made that up

@elaineteut9579 It’s part of the process of Democracy I suppose. Call it majority rule. Call it the US Constitution. Call it whatever you want. Peoples religious beliefs can’t be the basis for laws in America. And abortion is a religious belief for the people who oppose it. So don’t try to make it about something else.

@totallyjonesin Yes it does do that at all. It says that the State of Mississippi is free to make laws regarding abortion because there’s no Constitutional right to have an abortion. There are MANY issues that are codified in law that the Constitution doesn’t specify. For instance there’s no Constitutional right to have ammunition. No Constitutional right to have an automatic military style weapon. No Constitutional right for many things

@mouse2482 you have 6 judicial activists on the Supreme Court NOW. All Republicans. All appointed by Republican Presidents. All members of the most “activist” organization in America the Federalist Society. Do you imagine this will NOT be THE issue in the 2022 and 2024 elections both State and Federal? If the Supreme Court says states can make their own laws do you imagine Blue States won’t make THEIR own laws? Beware of the Law of Unintended Consequences

@fearthekrazy1896 69% of Americans support Roe v Wade. Ask you teacher to Google it for you when you get to school

@michaelhill8441 The Republican Party is a minority Party. The demographics of the Republican Party predict a dying political Party. We might as well go ahead and fight this fight now. The problem is Democrat politicians will play by the rules and Republicans won’t. Trump has pulled the sheets off. Jan6 has pulled the sheets off. The Constitution the rule of Law are meaningless to Republicans. They’re obsessed with power. It’s how Fascist Authoritarian Government is created. Time for Democrats to stop bringing a knife to a gunfight. I’ve been fighting this bullsht since the 1966. We thought Nixon was as bad as it gets. 😂
