My question atm is: if Israel is going in to destroy not only a terrorist organization, which Hamas is, but also the ruling civil authority, which Hamas also is, who is going to administer over Gaza after the invasion? Even while we in the west condemn Hamas, they won the elections there. I don't even think the other Palestinian organisations would not run into issues trying to take over, let alone Israel. And with how they have been 'managing' not adhering to UN resolutions for decades, I think a ground invasion would inevitably only lead to breeding another generation of terrorists. UNLESS Israel doesn't only go in for 'retaliation' but also to really help and actually stop their resistance against a proper two state solution.
