  4.  @АндрейХохолев-д1э  Waterfront looks really good and inviting. The boats also seem well managed. In London there was no rive transport for a long time, but they re-introduced it recently. It costs nearly £20 for a ride on these boats. It is pricey even by London standards. And these are basic boats, no entertainments. Drinks cost extra. How much do they charge in Moscow for those river boats? I imagine it is much more affordable.
