  6. For Israel, the problem is Hamas and Iran. Israel has peace with Egypt and Jordan. Saudi Arabia has no real interest in backing the Palestinians. Lebanon and Iraq are too weak. Syria was and would be a problem, except it has its own thing going on. Only Iran is a real threat to Israel.
