  3. That’s what bothered me so much about the recent Dune adaptation. Jessica was a powerhouse in the books. She’s all panicky in the new movies. She knows her bloodline…she has the knowledge already. She would never act all weak like that, even in private. Bro, she btfo’d the entire universe to give her Duke a son instead of a daughter. Love ❤ is timeless, boundless, unquantifiable.

  4. I already suggested a Kevin J Anderson series “The Saga of Seven Suns” if other books are too daunting. Gotta crawl before you can walk. YA is a good start. Super easy to understand. Pretty straight forward (often way too much imo, I mean, “we’re going to break you up into factions based on nothing”?)

  5. Academia’s problem is they can’t stop staring at their nose lol It’s all theoretically abstract there’s no heart. How can you iterate prototypes if you “ignore” the first…what…~5k yrs of repeated failures? You learn nothing. Only spend another 5k yrs relearning the same mistakes. Very boring and tedious. Lol
