  2.  @punisher00109  Interesting, I didn't knew that. I believe it's always best to optimize your natural hormone levels first with a form of weight training, proper nutrition and enough sleep. Using gels or getting injections for the rest of your life is no joke.

  15.  @SoulDelSol  50md eod is pretty common, so I guess you're very sensitive to it. being from Europe, I always thought that getting a trt prescription was easy in the US, but based on your story things have clearly changed. Good to hear that you didn't gave up. Taking test with a short ester twice a week is a good protocol. A friend of mine takes a sust-250 shot every 13 days, but I believe that's suboptimal for stable test levels, but hey, I'm no doctor ;-) Let me guess, you have a Philips Dreamstation CPAP? They have some serious issues due to a recall. I did 3 sleep studies with 'positive' outsomes, but I only got an anti-apnea mouthpiece. Once I can afford it, I will buy myself a Dreamstation myself, since I've heard nothing but positive feedback from users. Take care!
