  2. thedeathcake I never said that eating meat is unhealthy; an unbalanced diet like carnivore is. I remember that Shawn Baker had poor blood markers, but he was stubborn enough to continue anyway. As for the gut biome, we almost don't know shit about the mechanisms and interactions with certain foods.
