  4. It’s 19% and that 19% is only occupied, Ivan. The russians occupied Crimea in 2014, and MOST of the Donbas region as well. The only NEW territory that russia currently occupies is a portion of the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson oblasts. But russia had occupied something closer to 32% of Ukraine territory by May 2022 - so they have actually lost a lot more than they’ve gained in this war. Nothing to wonder about, Ukraine was not fully prepared at first and there were many traitors who helped the russians get as much territory as they did initially. Is the russian military really this weak? Yes. And Ukraine is strong, and getting stronger every day. Ukraine WILL win this.

  6. You’re blaming the delay in aid on all of Congress? No. You are wrong to do that. It wasn’t Congress, it was only one man - House Speaker Mike Johnson. He was the only person holding up aid, and he did it because trump told him to. But then at some point in March/April, Speaker Johnson had a change of heart, stopped repeating russian propaganda, started telling the truth about russia, and allowed a vote - and it passed. So, you are wrong to blame all of Congress. Ultimately, the blame for this goes to donald trump. He will block all aid to Ukraine if he is elected president in November.

  7. If the drone slams into a car carrying flammable liquid, then the explosion will easily derail and block the train. And I would imagine there are lots of these cars carrying fuel for the russian military - so, pretty easy to understand once you think of it like that.

  14. Also, I am flattered that you took the time to learn English - it will be very useful to you in the future - but there is no need to capitalize every word. Only the first word in a sentence, and then any proper nouns (names, countries, etc). Except for “russia” and “putin”, we don’t capitalize those any more. Hope this helps! 😊

  15. Ukrainians and russians ARE different ethnicities. Actually, are you only referring to muscovites? Because russia has a bunch of different ethnicities. But my Ukrainian friends have never considered themselves to be of the same ethnicity as muscovites. Never. Why does this matter anyway, Ivan? Ukraine is still a sovereign, independent nation and the russian ‘federation’ doesn’t care about ANY ethnicites except for muscovia. You russians are obsessed with the stupidest things… who has “the same” ethnicity as you… who speaks “the same” language as you… etc. It doesn’t make any difference regarding Ukraine, even if they all spoke ONLY russian and actually WERE the same ethnicity as you muscovites, it still doesn’t make any difference - you are still not justified to raid and invade their territory. You never will be. And you will NEVER vanquish Ukraine. Never. 😊

Что касается «выборов» в Крыму по поводу «присоединения к России», то не России было место проводить эти выборы в Крыму. Ответственность за проведение таких выборов лежала на правительстве Украины, а НЕ на российских военных. Но если вы хотите поговорить о выборах, давайте поговорим о референдуме Чечни о выходе из России… который прошел подавляющим большинством голосов. Затем вмешалась Россия и разгромила крошечную Чечню. Так что нет – Россию, похоже, не волнуют выборы – если только они не фальсифицируют результаты.

  18. Nobody is “winning”. This isn’t a game or a sporting event. If you compare the war maps of today and one year ago, they look virtually identical except for small advances in the Avdiivka area. But the costs to russia were so insanely high in terms of KIA (200’s) and equipment, those small gains are pyrrhic. And russia cannot manufacture equipment quickly enough to replace the destroyed equipment… they will lose ground eventually.
