  3.  @pascalbedard4191  He is a Russian troll pretending to be American. Americans are happy to help Ukraine, and NO American is worried about the Strategic Oil Reserves. It’s obvious he just picked those off a chart and created this troll account to try and sow discord. It won’t work. Remember, the Russians are trying to play psychological warfare, even here in social media. Don’t let them. Cheers to you from a genuine American! 😊
