  3. To the OP: the Ukraine aid bill still has to be passed in the Senate. Senate Majority Leader Schumer has said that the vote on Ukraine aid will be first, and if they donā€™t pass, they will keep voting on it until they do. No other aid will be passed until Ukraineā€™s aid passes. So, unless the Senate tries to pull a fast one (more of trumpā€™s bs trickery), then Ukraine should get the aid theyā€™ve needed for far too long.
