  10. It's a shame they have to spend their time chasing after junkies. How much you want to bet that if they were contained in an area to fend for themselves without services or narcan, the problem would take care of itself. Don't use drugs kids. It's not rocket science to know this.

  11.  @DLeo14  and why should the state or anyone else do anything for them? I don't see handouts going to people living with lifelong debilitating disease. I don't see anything being handed to cancer patients. Or dementia patients Etc. These people have self inflicted wounds. They got themselves into their mess, they need to be responsible. Ewww. Stop excusing their behaviors.
