@innosam123 Most of us IT people think in these terms in peacetime. I live in Brno, Czech Republic. I don't experience power outages, yet I have core of my home network on battery backups. At home IT services can be done fairly easily even in uncertain conditions. Bigger problem are attacks against data infrastructure. I'm talking WISP and cellphone towers and targeting major network nodes.

@PerryKobalt Nah, that's Geneva convention... among other things, Unlawful wanton destruction or appropriation of property is a war crime.

@PerryKobalt True, however, unless you intend to break Geneva, you have to wait until that happens. And you have to minimize unnecessary damage, meaning levelling of cities is definitely a warcrime.
