  1. How about from now on- each "elected" official has to sign a sworn statement saying THEY PERSONALLY have read & agree with everything they are going to sign. Then they have to go on their states tv & read AND explain each & every item they would like the taxpayer to fund. No more after the fact surprises of millions to study "butterflies" or "loneliness" or "gender studies in other countries" WE are the employer and WE have a right to know how our money is spent BEFORE its spent
