Claiming that vaccinations are the only solution when you are dealing with an RNA virus is a complete and utter lie, there is no evidence that it has ever been a workable strategy with a rapidly evolving virus that has become spread globally, furthermore there is ample evidence to show that failure to eradicate a virus by just using vaccines will actually accelerate the evolution of the virus toward strains that are better able to spread rapidly and avoid immune responses because the vaccination acts as an imperfect filter, a fitness test for more able variants. This is particularly the case with a virus that is not stopped from circulating even when people are vaccinated. What they are actually doing is just making it ever more dangerous until we risk it being a genuine risk to even fit and healthy people, which currently it is not.
