And all that time to teach vulnerable people how to optimise their diet and lifestyle so that they were not so burdened with comorbidities, but they have done almost nothing in that regard. They do not care about preventative medicine at all and just want more of our money flowing into their pockets.

The trick there is that they don't tell you that they now know a lot more about how to ensure that people never get so ill that they need the ICU in the first place.
