Fine, just listen to the human rights advocates who have been calling out all of the neo-fascists trying to implement coercive measures to force people to accept a medical procedure against their will. It doesn't have to be directly mandatory if processes are put in place that discrimination against people who exercise their right to wait until the usual period of time has passed before risking the new technology, or those who never accept it on religious grounds.

@neilr9951 Can't get more purely fascist than that can you? But ultimately it is not the law that is the problem but the reasons put forward for using it in any given case.
