Confected advertising campaigns are one way government and business are able to hand out bribes to cooperative media companies who help push their propaganda. It is related to pork barreling in a way, a form of bribery. Not saying this is the case now, but that the mechanism exists and there are no checks and balances in place to stop it as it suits all of the political elite to have such electoral manipulation mechanisms in place.

Here is a test of your knowledge, what is a common treatment for a blood clot in the blood vessels supplying the intestines, and the consequences of not following that treatment. If you can't answer that accurately and honestly then you have no right to lecture me with your deceptive and cherry picked distractions from the brutal reality of people's suffering.
