  1. The only solution I see is to make yourself as self sufficient as possible, to minimise all levels of government in your life, and to avoid by all lawful means possible paying taxes. Simply refuse to participate in their game of parasitising those who are hardworking, lucky and entrepreneurial. It is not as if people have to go to work for companies that pay on merit, avoid that if it bothers you more.

  3.  @eb2505  A minority of males will always dominate the top end of the talent bell curve, thanks to the neurologically influencing genes that they get on their X chromosome, from their mothers. There is no way around that biological fact.
