The solution to that may well be simply a return to a focus on core skills, more male teachers, more male oriented (unwoke) texts with a technical focus, less distractions from eye candy on the internet (games designed to be addictive and repetitive without teaching any useful skill) and an education timetable that accepts the needs of boys to periodically burn off energy with physical activity.
