A big, distracting, cloud of hot air is what it is, clearly it was a "back up" plan to cover the risk of COVID killing or disabling key ministers. @eb2505 Well them too, but the government still isn't even emphasising preventative medicine. There is a whole lot they could be doing, even just adding flaxseed to hen food will result in eggs that are richer on omega-3 fatty acid and that is going to have a big positive impact on cardiovascular disease which was a factor in covid deaths in the old and vulnerable.

@grannyannie2948 It is the 20 years before you hit "the waiting room" that matter. Having a good heart makes you less likely to die from the jab too, if it is forced on you.

@TheRonster1957 Yep, do all the good things, is correct and obvious advice, including don't fear the virus as that will make you weaker due to chronic stress effects on your immune system.

@grannyannie2948 My wife sees it everyday, and the silly sods still don't take better care of themselves, because the government never programmed them to do that, it just programed fear and uncertainty into them.

@grannyannie2948 This is the phenomenon by which the psychopaths have been controlling humanity for thousands of years. You have to educate people, the young in particular, so that they can recognise when it is been done to them and so become immune to it. However the education system seems to fail them very badly, if anything it just teaches them to be fearful and conformist.
