There is one exception that I know of, but unless you know a lot of computer science and physics I'm not going to even try to explain it to you, otherwise yeah the buddhist concept of impermanence applies to everything.

It would appear that Dr Rachael Sherman just destroyed her own career in a rather lame attempt to destroy the reputation of an entire cohort of people who are not "suffering" at all, and who tend to be more successful, less likely to commit crimes, or die from misadventure.
