  1. Its not like many people voted for him. The big problem was, shills like The New Statesmen were gushing over Starmer and defending him on everything, saying it will be different once he’s in power, he’ll be more progressive. I’ve been saying for a long time, we’ll be very bad off under Starmer, maybe the rot won’t be as fast, but he won’t stop or reverse it.

  2. Are you new to politics Joe…? They say it all the time and is very much part of their tone to have alot of fun and humour. You’d prefer them to be super dour and depressing like Starmer? They do choose to sometimes not say it if they want to have a genuinely somber conversation, but the seriousness of the Labour conference is something to be mocked, not respected. They don’t respect us.
