First off, the ru didn't ask for the WHOLE sanctions lifted, they ask for wheat and fertilizer exports to not be hampered by sanctions because lots of country need it for food security. Second, the grain going to the west HAS BEEN VERIFIED by poland and the massive amounts of wheat stuck there that it angers local farmer since it sinks the price of wheat.
