and absolutely no society in history has ever been able to actually do that which is why we all have a government and laws because there are always people that don't want to cooperate and just want to screw over everyone they see and if there aren't laws to stop them from doing it they end up with everything.

@enricoevangelista7825 and without a government to enforce a courts decision it just means you do what the "arbitrator" recommends if you want to and if you don't than there is nothing anyone can do about it cuz there is no ability to enforce anything. Also who's going to pay for this arbitrator and what happens if you pay for one but the guy that hurt you paid for his own who's arbitrator gets the actual say? How can you be sure the person will give a fair and unbiased judgment if they are paid by one of the 2 parties that they are judging. See the problems yet?

@enricoevangelista7825 yes cuz for profit prisons have been such a great thing for the US so far right? You have to pay out of pocket to get police protection? What if you don't have the money to pay the monthly fees? the only group that would benefit from a system like that is the rich because they would than just take over literally every part of your life and if you don't like it there is nothing at all you can do because they own the police they own the fire department they own the prisons and all of the arbitors. The libertarian philosophy is a toxic belief that can't work in a society because of all of the points that I made and there are many other reasons why it wouldn't work. Watch Sam Sedar's debates with libertarians and you will figure out exactly why it just can't work in any kind of functional society.
