TehGodLord charity can only go so far but you need a regular check coming in to keep things like homeless shelters open and that's where the government comes in.  Not everyone goes for charities either because they don't care or they just don't have the money and where is that money going to come from then? What about infrastucture is that supposed to be on a per pay basis as well?  Are you going to pay a certain amount every month just to use the roads?  I know you would scream bloody murder if that happened.  Don't give me that bs you just don't want to pay taxes even though it was tax payers that gave you all the advantages you have today.
