  1. I like Marsha Blackburn and she's right.... But why didn't Trump's lawyers try to have the Supreme Court study these serious constitutional issues before going to trial ? This case was not typical. This was a Federal matter.

  2.  @larinvermont3271  Brown vs. Topeka was also a "state" issue originally. So was school busing, so was Jack the Baker, etc., etc.. - Often Civil Rights cannot wait 3 years for local appeals.
