  2. That seems a little too advanced for 2nd graders. It should be for high schoolers. Conclusion: it's an attempt at influencing young minds at early stages.

  3. Segregation, boycotts, Detroit, Mi., etc., etc..... These terms seem more appropriate for older kids. If not H.S. then Middle School. Let kids be kids. At 6 or 7 most kids don't even see color, etc.. They'll be adults soon enough.

  5. I still can't believe some want to poison young minds at 5 or 6 years old with mature topics of Selma, lynchings, shootings, beatings, white sheets, etc., etc.. The kids will be screaming from having nightmares every night. How can you be so cruel. These are innocent little kids.

  6. Depends on the age of the child. We tell little children there's an Easter Bunny. We tell little children there's a Santa and Mrs. Claus. We tell them about the Tooth Fairy and angels and little princesses, etc., etc, etc.. As they age each parent determines how to present things/the Truth.
