  1. Democrats in Congress are inherently inferior on an intellectual level. i.e. Out of the 17 Medical Doctors in Congress only 3 are Democrats. Since 1995 all the physicians in the Senate were/are Republican. There are about 5-7 social workers in Congress and all are Democrats.
