  1. I am delighted that people of Rafe’s calibre keep this subject to the fore with reasoned argument. I live in Bolton, a former cotton mill town, with precisely the situation mentioned by Rafe. I doubt the 2021 census was truthfully responded to, nevertheless the underestimated numbers are there for all to see. It doesn’t surprise me that 80% of those in certain areas have no loyalty to our country, but retain patriotism for their less tolerant ‘homeland’. There is so much one could say, but at my age life is much jaded by decades of not one single politician listening to the views of patriotic citizens.
