  1. because all this is propaganda, all these "paramedics" and "volunteers" are probably fake. They make up a nice picture for western media to get funds. Then they spend it all on jihads ;-) Don't trust the media reporting on Syria. ON BOTH SIDES. Both sides are lying. Both sides are violent criminals. Just don't fall for their propaganda on BOTH SIDES.
