@calvintsui4033 no it doesn't. We did it here in Italy for 3 months. Police and the army enforcing it. It didn't work because the virus was still in the population, people were still infected in their own homes. How can you say it worked? We have 40.000 new infected every day. In southern Asia is different. Its hot. The virus spreads less in hot countries.

@calvintsui4033 Once again, India is really different from the US or western coutnries, you need to compare SIMILAR countries. India as a YOUNG population, so they will have many asympthomatic people. This COVID virus kills 99% OLD people, if you have no old people, it will look like you "managed" it better. But it's not true. How is AFRICA doing better than Europe? They dont even have hospitals ffs This virus hits hard on old people in COLD temperatures, so you can't compare the USA with Vietnam or Australia. CHina? We DONT HAVE DATA FOR CHINA! They stopped counting in March ffs... YOu SERIOUSLY think they magically went from thousands of infected every day to 1 or 2? Please give me a break.....CHina right now supposedly has less infected than ANY other major country. China has 1.5 billion inhabitants..yet they claim o have less infected than Korea or Japan that have 1/100 of their population? Its total bullshit. @nguyenduchuy52 We live with old people too, the problem is that young kids end up infecting them because we live in the same houses. Instead in countries like Germany or Sweden where people live alone, they have less cases. COuntries like Italy and Spain where people live thogeter in big families have more dead. Instead in Korea and Japan less dead because they live alone and they have few social contacts. So this pandemic is too complex to say that "this or that will fix it". The only real way to fix it is to get vaccines.

@nguyenduchuy52 "there lot of country which have more density" not with the same climate and social situation. That's what I am telling. Vietnam is safer because it's hotter and because you don't have a lot of very old people. In Italy we have 20+ millions retired people...out of 60 millions. 1/3 of the population is OLD, that's why they die more. Vietnam or Austalia are not similar to Europe or the US. "hospitals" yeah hospitals are a place where infections spread, in fact in February the first epicenters were in hospitals...but we cannot close hospitals or people will die of OTHER illnesses. We closed down hospitals too here, but IT DIDNT WORK! The virus is still here. Even now, we are getting 20.000+ infected a day. After 2 lockdowns. So how can you say that it is working?
