  1. they did that law here in Italy. The result? Companies just fire Temps when they should be fully hired by law (after 1-2 years as a temp to the same company)..then take another temp in his place for another 1-2 years...and so on. At least here in italy we have full pension and insurance even if Temp. But the situation will only get worse. Its neoliberlaism. Free global market is a TRAP.

  2.  @cool_cat007smoove  Entire year? no, they hire you for the 6 months of activity (in retail is summer+ winter) and leave you at home during slow months (february to april-may)..not a year..also they usually cut your working hours from 50 during winter to 24 during slow months or summer... Sweden is shit unless you are a professional with a good degree. Its neo-liberism. Enjoy what you voted for. The EU will apply the same standards everywhere to "compete" with China etc... I Made it for a whole year because I'm a hard worker..but in the meantime my company fired like 20 people in my sector. My personal situation is IRRELEVANT if the rest of society is fucked up. If I get a stable job but 90% of the rest of the country doesnt..there will be clashes, protests, crisis. Its not good for ANYONE, thats what companies need to understand. We will go back to the 1930s with Social Revolts ..for what? For "profit"? Where is the profit in this? These practices are doing 2 things: -killing off the middle class=the buyer of the company products so LOWERING your profits, not raising it -creating social problems and anger which will result in revolts or crisis which will lower profits even more. Big companies are DUMB, they are creating the conditions of their own failure. We need to go back to small/middle size companies. Human companies, not bureaucratic monsters.

  3.  @charlesballiet7074  they don't they don't need to. THey hire people with 3 months contracts so at the end of the 3 months if they need you they keep you with a new 3 months contract , if they don't they don't make u a new contract and call another guy in a month or 2.

  7.  @charlesballiet7074  one thing is using part time workers for secondary jobs, another is fractioning up your main workforce into multiple part -time workers to cheap out on paying taxes and pensions. You don't only damage the workers and the state just for a 10-15% saving on wages..you also damage the purchase power of workers=those who buy YOUR products. But "entrepreneurs" prefer listening to Elon Musk or going to silly conventions instead of learning actual economics and business theory.
