  2. lol there was enough notice about the Vacant Home Declaration. There were posters in libraries, ads on TTC buses and bus shelters as well as media coverage. People are just lazy they want the city to spend money to mail you a yellow letter like the first year.😂😂 And even then many forget, ignore the letter or throw it in the trash like parking tickets they don’t pay or think are a joke.
