@JessT-vg7ib lol we are not getting more we are getting less. There were no major Cyber Attack hacks of City Services when Rob Ford and John Tory were Mayor freezing property tax or raising it below the rate of inflation. Then we elect Chow the Toronto Public Library and Toronto Zoo are both hacked with the former shutting down its web site and database to borrow books. Property taxes were regularly raised when David Miller was Mayor and we got the infamous garbage strike and he was the one who signed the 20 year deal with Astral Media for the crappy public trash cans we have to this day with flaps and broken or missing foot levers in parks, beaches and bus stops.
