  1. people have died on ttc vehicles - subways, streetcars and buses while the keep hiking the fares for years. Multiple incidents ahead of the fare hike this month has turned this controversy into an election issue for the June Mayoral By-election.

  2. lol how would you police that? People drink in public parks too. And a bigger concern are all the people doing drugs on the ttc in subway trains and washrooms.

  3.  @Megafoot2164  do you even live in Toronto? We don't have retail stores selling alcohol at subway stations. All our booze by law has to be solid through government liqor stores, brewery on site stores, select big box grocery stores and wine rack retail shops. The only other way to buy booze is at a restaurant/bar and you can only consume on site at the establishment.
