  1. The TTC is unsafe and the fares are too high. The fares are not even integrated with GO Transit, UP Express and other GTHA transit systems. It is too expensive for a lower middle class person or even a post-secondary student to commute to Downtown Toronto on Public Transit. Forget Driving with the cost of gas, insurance and parking.
