@ScotchOnyx well I don't think condo owners who bought at high prices don't have it as bad if they actually live in their properties as a primary residence. However, investors who bought condos at inflated prices be it resale or pre-sale are likely bleeding money if they locked in a lease with a tenant at market rate rents at the time before interest rates started to get hiked last year.
