@SuperCrazyEstonian I would be more bitter and unhappy if after 7 years I get a no fault divorce from a it's not you it's me wife. That then takes half of my 401k, the house I worked hard to get and be taken to the cleaners for child support, and then be stone walled on visitation rights.

@TheSupaboy6 Well they want to be independent and act like they are single. Wish granted. Alot of people act like we are being black, red, and blue filled whatever. No until men receive equal protection under the law marriage is far too risky for us and a bad deal. Especially when we try to lead dignified, and peaceful lives. I'm not into hedonism nor hookup culture. I want to lead a life that is reasonably a net positive. What is peaceful or a net positive about a disagreeable and selfish gf/wife? I don't blame anyone for not wanting the mess we call modern marriage.

@AstaStaria-li1pe I understand where your going here but keep in mind that prenuptial agreements are somewhat unreliable. The reason they are untenable is that the marriage and divorce laws are what they are now. Legal arguments and precedents have gutted many so called iron clad prenuptial agreements there must be reform in this area. TN and Florida have moved in a more reformed way. TN in mandatory paternity testing and making paternity fraud a higher felony crime. Florida ending life time guarantee alimony. I am not pro abortion so I will disagree with you on that point. I don't like the idea of ending a defenseless life for my stability. The more idea solution is in no fault divorce situations that joint custody be awarded and both sides are responsible for child support for when the other parent has their designated custodial time. Example when in the mothers home during her alotted time support for expenses and the same when under the father's custodial alotted time. Both parents being responsible for health insurance. This a very complex issue and many factors in play. I hope you understand I am not being wholly contrary to you but giving my perspective and constructive critique of this situation.

@theycallme4799 Dude there is no escaping being governed. Well unless your willing to start a civil war but again the new boss will be the same as the old one just calling themselves a new boss. Marriage on the other hand can indeed be avoided. Seriously apples to oranges comparison.

@warmachine2772 Do some research. Most prenuptial agreement can be voided by a judge. Depending on the state you are in. Many instances of prenups not holding up in court. I stand by my statement "dawg".
