  1. I like how SCMP just spill out the f a ct and have both side opinions, very objective. Not that like wstern media narrative. Yeah I know SCMP is owned by Alibaba Group. But look at how they report the news, it doesn't really affect their editorial anyway.

  3. @Edward Yes, you're right. I do also aware with this thing. I notice it can be seen from how they present the news between Mainland and HK (one example). They portray Mainland as the land of hope. We can see clearly from SCMP specialty content, Viral China, as Mainlanders from (mostly) l o w econ0mic & s0cial are happy with their life. Thanks to Douyin and Kuaishou. While some of HK news are about the bleak future of the city due to social and economic problem. Not all, but I saw big portion for HK news. SCMP is very subtle takes China side. In the end, there's no pure neutral media in this world. At least I do appreciate SCMP could provide f a cts on the field without hyprbolic narratives. SCMP and CNA are my best reliable source of news.
