  1. Feel sorry for this gentleman. For all this time he only learned from one sided story. He should learn more the history when James Baker promised to Gorbachev 3 times that NAT0 won't push itself to east side and would make Eastern Europe as buffer zone.

  3.  @RayshiaRoman  NATO actually could prevent the situation so the Eastern Europe would still be a buffer zone. But west has failed to make the promise. NATO won't be here today if there's no Russia. So Russia is the only reason of NATO existence. That's why Russia memberships has been rejected for several times. It's the west hidden motivation using NATO to push toward because they know Russia has so much natural resources. The love of US and oil is inseparable.
