It cn be efficacious, but some people with fragile body (seniors or have mdical c0nditions) might not able tolerate it. While inactivated vrus is a well-known and old method. Most of vaccines are created with this one. It works like traditional medicine which it could cure the disease gradually. It may not give much guarantee to protect fully, but it's safer than synthtic one.
